Miami’s still off, eh? I think they should be somewhere in the 20s, not off the list entirely. Oh well.
Virginia Tech being ranked is a joke. They lose to Boise State, get embarrassed by James Madison, and beat a bunch of horrible teams. It's funny how the teams that always get love in the polls.... always get love in the polls. And no, I'm not mad Miami isn't ranked. I don't want to be ranked. We don't deserve to be ranked right now. Win the next 2-3 and we should be top 15-20. I'm pretty sure we're 26th or 27th though. There are 4 SEC teams at the bottom the poll (And Kansas State with that brutal stretch upcoming for them), so it shouldn't be too difficult to make the jump provided we do the unthinkable and beat teams we're supposed to beat.
Speaking of Kansas State.... they didn't receive a single AP vote. How are they ranked? Doesn't matter anyway. Meaningless at this point.
