Dierdorf: Nobody feeling sorry for Dolphins

I agree, personally, I enjoy the NFC crews on Fox more than those on CBS doing the AFC games. I, like most, dislike listening to Dierdorf...

 

I miss Madden and Summeral. Brings back memories of the 90's on Fox NFL sunday.

 

I think Tim Ryan is pretty good and i also like Soloman Wilcots. They don't call Phin games often usually NFC games but when they do i really like how they call a game and understand it.

 

What NFC division did you guys play last season?

Atlanta
New ahleans
Tampa

Listening to this guy is pure torture.

 

Expect at least once during the game for Dierdorf to openly jinx the team.
Generally by bringing up the most innane, useless bit of trivia, that never fails to spoil somebodys scoring opportunity.
He'll likely begin, by routinely fluffing up whichever QB happens to be on the field, and pointing out some bogus, obscure ranking the QB may have, that he happens to share with the leagues current leaders, presumably suggesting he in some way, equates with them.
Then, Dierdorf will state the current number of consecutive passes he's thrown since his last interception, which inevitably queue's the jinx card, and triggers his next interception.

 

Why feel sorry for us?

Its an opportunity to shut the mouths of anyone who doubts our team, and is a great barometer for where we are. If we lose to a better team, fine, I have no problem with that. I think the Phins are gonna play with a HUGE CHIP on their shoulders this weekend.

 

Ok, so hijacking this thread in another direction, what is your soundtrack to watch this game to since Dickdork will be shut-up by the mute button?

I am thinking a little Tool, maybe some classic Wu-Tang, and possibly toss in some Rage Against the Machine?

Greg is a much better sportscaster than his brother. Bryant is the idiot I was referring to.

You are right on Greg he is a good sportscaster.
The minute the game started I realized we were talking about 2 diff. people.
