Now who is he putting that on? I don't hear Sparano being critical of Henning who is calling the plays. However, I keep hearing him mention that Henne needs to make better decisions.

Am I watching the same game as Sparano? I am sorry...and I agree that Henne doesn't always make the right call...but more often than not this offense has gotten bogged down in Henning's BS playcalling. When we should attack (2 min drill) he gets super conservative. When we need to grind it out, he opens things up.

Just curious...since Henning has been here, how many times have we had a "perfectly called drive"? Whether it was one play...two plays...or a 10 play drive. How many times have you walked away from that drive without shaking your head at one call?

I honestly can't think of one drive ever that has left me without being critical of at least one call.

So why won't Tony put any of it on Henning? Doesn't make sense to me.

    Then I see this quote...
Ummm...excuse me but we have no TO's (other than the 2 min warning) and have about 60 yards of filed to cover for an easy FG. So that wasn't the right situation to look for Marshall, go with a heavy pass game and attack the field? Instead that was the right situation to call a running play with maybe the most overrated player on the team (Brown) who has been ineffective vs the Steelers all day....and then rush into a 2nd down play to try and beat the 2 min warning with the same players on the field?

    Geez...that is scary logic there.

    Then I see this...

Well, now isn't that better to go with 3 or 4 WR's and hit Bess and Hartline underneath where they can use their speed in the open field? Two deep on Marshall means there would have been something open underneath on his side. There had to be...if you would have called it.

Someone has to be blamed for the O woes...and I am sorry, but I can't put it all on Henne.

The coaches are put with the task to put the players in the best situations to make plays. The calls that Henning is making, and Sparano is signing off on, are not getting this task accomplished. Point blank.
