While we remain constant in the first three quarters we drop off dramatically in the fourth quarter. Our opponents put more and more points on the board as the game goes on, especially in the fourth quarter. For a team that prides itself on being physical this concerns me. Do we lose steam as the game progresses OR are the opposing teams coaches making the right adjustments while we are not? Thoughts ?
The anomaly is 3rd quarter when the special teams gave up 21 points to the Patriots... take that out and it's 17 points given up. 4th quarter is a biiiiig concern, just like last year.
We jump ahead, we don't pull away, and then we squander the lead late. The numbers support our perceptions and observations about this team so far this season.
