This is a quote from a thread over at gang green. ''The only complaint I do have with the new place is it is clearly not as loud as the old place. They constructed it too wide, seams like all the crowd noise escapes. Happy happy happy...This bodes well for our future. Another owner fu$#'s up, ala Jerry Jones and Joe Robbie.
Frankly most new stadiums are devoid of life and noise - even domes seem to have issues with it. Very very few stadiums left that really stand out as giving a big home field advantage.
When I went to get my new tickets to the stadium, I told the rep,"Just give me the same seats as the old one. 3rd row, upper deck." Then he told me that the 3rd row of the upper deck in the new stadium equivalent to the 26th row of the old stadium. I believe there were only 33 or so rows in the upper deck in the old stadium. So 3rd row upper deck new stadium is almost as high as the last row, upper deck of the old stadium. Unreal. Needless to say I went with seats in the mezz.
They were trashing the place on Mad Dogs Sirus show last night. They say it is a big neutral nothingness of a stadium. The only good thing to come out of that stadium is the company I work for sold the lighting.
better for the jet players, they wont hear the boo's when they disapoint that crap fanbase again this year
As opposed the the parade of cheers that rain down on the players at <insert name of the month for Miami's stadium here> year after year.
We can always counter with this.... That's the face of their fan base. Read the quote from cnc in my sig.
We do not discriminate, we will take Jest fans monies, Stealers fans monies, heck even Raiders fans monies. It all counts the same.
And then pay "Personal Seat License" money for the privilege of buying a ticket? Lemmings, Flocks of Sheep, and Jets fans, some of natures largest mysteries..
