I was at a car show last night and everybody is driving by slowly, showing off their cars, and then some random guy pulls his up and is driving that car lol. It was awesome though.

To be fair there is a flaw in one part of the theory for explanation. Who is the person talking to? If you can send one person back in time there could be multiple people. The fact about reception stands though if you are far enough in the future to time travel you may have solved that problem.
My theory, it was a very glaring sun on that side of her face. When I walk in LA, sometimes I get that harsh sunlight from the side and hold my hand up like that to shield the side of my face (yes, I am a freak). If you look at the people's shadows, iot's a VERY bright sun coming from the side. I also thin the 'black' in her hand is the sharp dark shadow of her hand in that harsh light. As for the talking... LOTS of people talk to themselves or think out loud. I do it ALL the time. So, you guys are all wrong. THAT'S what was happening in the video. I was shielding my face as I talked to myself in the bright sun. In 1928.
I'm sorry, but there is no way that a time traveler would have to use a hearing aid from 1920. That's just silly, it's clearly a cell phone. Probably an HD2.
