    Here and there
Just because we are fans doesn't mean we can't be objective? It's easy to say my team will win every week. I find it interesting that fans predict their team to go 11-5 but never predict a loss all season.

It's easy to be a homer and predict every week as a win. Doesn't make it realistic or homers better fans. I beleive in keeping my eyes wide open not shutting them and hoping or having blind faith. Trust me every time i predict a loss i hope that i'm wrong.

Ricky Williams is about to be the lead dog in the running back combo, I think he has a surprisingly good day in Baltimore.

We've heard that 3 or 4 other teams have started 4-0 on the road and 0-3 at home. Well if the Dolphins win Sunday, they will be the only team to go 5-0, 0-3, undefeated on the road and winless at home through their first 8 games. Okay, not the best history making thing since it means you're winless at home, but still pretty good. Dolphins haven't been 5-0 on the road since 1984, the last super bowl season. But they actually won their home games too.

And it seems like a win would slip the Dolphins into Super Bowl darkhorse conversation and certainly playoff conversation. It would also give us hope that they can do it.

The team stats are similar, and the Dolphins have had a tougher schedule than the Ravens. The two different opponents: Dolphins played @Green Bay, @Minnesota & the Ravens played home vs. Broncos and Home vs. Browns.
Offense: Dolphins-13th, Ravens-14th. Defense: Dolphins-8th Ravens-10th. TimeOP: Dolphins-5th, Ravens-6th. The teams aren't too different, so I'm a little bit more confident. I think we've gotten better since 2008, and they aren't all that different, their defense seems to be worse though, but their offense has improved.

You'd think Cam Cameron would throw us a bone after his head coaching failure in Miami.

It will be a dogfight again
If you have to kick FG's to win this game so be it
We have a real good kicker
Ugly games don't bug me on the road against good teams
    Lot of season left.

    Home prediction: 21-17 Miami
    Gut prediction: 19-13 Ravens

They gave us fits the last few times we played them and we couldnt move the ball. That was with pennington not being able to stretch the field vertically and without Marshall. That was also with a better Baltimore D and a better Miami running game. Unfortunately I dont think it will change the results a lot though of course I hope I am very wrong.

    Yep.

This isnt the Steelers nor the Jets.

This is the Ravens defense which has bottled us up in our play style of offense for YEARS.

Its like asking: Why have we lost to the Texans...every-single-time.

Whether its the match-ups or the 'fates' screwing us over, it is what it is.

It only gets worse when you look at all the TDs we've scored this season.

Hey, you never know. Maybe this season we break out vs. them but I wouldn't bet money on it.
