Technically its not a "must win" game. But man, if we beat the Ravens in Baltimore it will gain huge respect around the league and people will realize the Dolphins are serious. If we lose and drop back to .500, well its back to the drawing board for the most part. How about 27-17 Miami
They are funny about it anyway Bpk so it doesn't really matter. We are 1-1 in games Dierdorf has announced, the one loss was the Steelers game. Exactly which is why he is my pick to do something on offense this week, he fielded calls from people who wanted Randy Moss..on his own radio show on QAM..that was like poking him with a stick over and over again. That is the one thing that worries me, no team lets down it's fans more than the Miami Dolphins, if it were the C game I'd have to worries! http://thefinsiders.com/category/podcast/page/3/ Every Monday on the Finsiders at 6pm is the Sparano Weekly Interview.
Crowder is probable, not doubtful. http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2010110701/2010/REG9/dolphins@ravens ...second source says the same and he practiced in full Friday. http://www.miamidolphins.com/news/m...nts-tds-starting-sunday-baltimore-other-notes
http://www.miamiherald.com/2010/11/07/1912618/dolphins-defense-has-something.html How many times have I seen a good unit on a team overlooked in favor of the other team's reputed unit, and that unit goes out and makes a statement because their pride has been injured? Tons, happens all of the time, these players hear that stuff all..week..long, this should be a really hard hitting game.
Just went back through the Finsiders interviews and caught the Clifton Geathers segment and it turns out he had shot at blocking Jeff Reed's game winning field goal..it went inbetween his hands instead. Humpty is kicking himself for missing the block, hopefully he makes up for this week, dude is 6'7 with the wingspan of a 7'2 player...
I know some Raven fans whom are friends of mine gave me a hard time all week long. Surprisingly I haven't said a word. Now it's time to watch this Ravens team(and it's fans) eat CROW!
Love these types of games because you don't expect your team to win, but when they do it makes the work week so much easier to get through.
Gracias, New England networks for showing the Patriots and Browns...sigh...online streaming here we come...
When Sparano speaks to a player in public, it is a good thing, when Irish has a Prayer meeting, it is not such a good thing for Mr. Shuler.
I'd think the conversation went like this: "Well Mickey you are inactive today and I'll tell you why you are inactive ..so and so..blah blah..need to do better job..blah blah..I'm going to real honest, you are in danger of being waived if you don't ..blah blah.." Sparano is the instructor Irish is the hammer, if Sparano or one of the coaches are not getting through, out comes the dude who can waive you on Tuesday.
i was pumped.....well it has settled some. their offense is scary. heap, rice, flacco, boldin, housamzoozoo, stalworth........ugh
There's not a non-divisional foe (outside of Indianapolis - an ex-divisional foe) I despise more than these ****bags from Baltimore. Our last two trips to the postseason have ended by being escorted out in the first round by these clowns. Well it ends today. Go out there and impose your will for 60 minutes and return to South Florida 5-3. Win.
