Saw it on Friday, funniest movie I've seen so far this year. Another winner comes out of the Apatow machine (not to give him all the credit as many are apt to do these days) after the slight missteps of Walk Hard and Drillbit Taylor IMO. Jason Segal proves that he can carry a movie, Paul Rudd and Jonah Hill do good work in supporting roles, and Russell Brand manages to steal practically the whole damn movie. I highly recommend it if you're any kind of fan of adult comedies and this group's previous work.
I've had a while to think about my initial thoughts on this movie and I haven't changed my mind too much. It was funny but not as funny as Superbad. It was good but not as good as I was lead to believe by about 90% of the critics. Mila Kunis and Kristin Bell really added to it for me.
Not a fan of Superbad? I didn't think it was a great movie by any means. Decent movie with pretty consistent laughs. I think it was funnier than Forgetting Sarah Marshall because it had more consistent laughs and the high points were better.
Pretty good movie in a weak pool. I liked Kristen Bell on Veronica Mars and Heroes so that made it better as well.
It would have been funnier if we could have seen some titay or bush. I've pondered what Mila Kunis looks like naked many times. I would like to have had some verification.
