As to the draft........ It's almost universally accepted that there are 10 players that are bonafied 1st round, game changing picks. I do not want to be a part of the worst 10 teams in the league. More importantly, no player or staff member wants to be a part of that team neither.

When you buy a team, coach a team, or manage a team I want you to go ahead and sacrifice ONE season. You will not do it. If you thought you would do it, you would not ever have the success in life that would allow you to buy, coach, or manage a team. It's just the way life goes.
