I can't help but wonder where this team would be with some coaching changes. The Fins have made huge improvements on the roster. Kudos to Ireland and Parcells. Let's not forget how bad things were with Cammy & co!

What pisses me off is that teams like the patsies are winning while their rebuilding!! What the frick?! I'm convinced that coaching makes that big of a difference. Doesn't Sparano have the right to veto play calls? I wonder if he just lets Henning go unleashed?

Here's hoping Josh McDaniels lands as our oc.

I wouldn't want Josh McDaniels anywhere near this team.

How does this guy get the offensive production from the Broncos & Orton?

Wow! I think we played well today. I love Sporano's enthusiam say whay you will but this guy cares. We are a slightly above average team on defense with a retooling needed on offense and Specials.

Personally I think we still have a lot of holes both on offense and defense. The heart and soul of a 3/4 defense is the linebacking corps and we really need someone to pair up with Dansby. On offense we need to address the TE, interior OL and RB positions. That is a lot of work that needs to be done.

Henning was much better today. Doesn't mean consistency is there. I cringed when he flirted with Thigpen.
We stuck to the run.... Used Ronnie up in the football game. Then you stick them with a 4th QTR run for a TD from Rick. Those are things we should always do.
It opens up the pass. That is the true identity of this offense.

i found todays running game to be completely manufactured by tricks, misdirection and the insane amount of personnell packages that we kept shuffling in every play. Henning created a running game out of nothing today but probably blew his load. Its all on film now so next week I expect to go back to being unable to run. If you watched Berger and Incognito today they were getting manhandled on quite a few plays. We are still a one dimensional team with a young mistake prone but improving QB. We really should have a losing record. Its amazing to me that we have played as well as we have up to this point

I don't know about close, the Browns will be a handful next week, than come the Jets.

If we win those two than I will agree

Much like the Tenn game . you would figure the Raiders would have the film on that.
You have to keep doing it adam and being creative. Commitment to the run game is the key to success with this offense. We didn't miss Marshall at all.

Regardless of the win today, we at least need to get rid of Henning by season's end...and I've still lost a lot of faith in Sparano this season. We shall see how the rest of the season plays out, but it may in fact be time for a new Head Coach, I believe Tony has reached his plateau. I'm hoping we keep Nolan on board however.

oh yeah, and a big HELL NO to Josh McDaniels...

What was the name of the receiver that he disagreed with the entire season? Where does he play now?

No thanks to McDaniels at this point.

i think if we have a trick up our sleeve for next week it will be the thigpen package. i expect them to see how the defense played it and devise some runs and passes off of it. next year we have to draft a stud run blocking lineman. i would love Demarcus Love out of Arkansas next year

i have always agreed that we need to be a running team. unfortunately this year it has become obvious that we screwed up with our replacements for the interior oline. great pass blockers but they cant run block a lick

Henne could be the guy. I still say draft a potential franchise QB if he's there with your first round pick. It's just a solid strategy this year with so many. It offers a solid plan b and gives you a solid bargaining chip later on if Henne works out.

I think the cupboard is full. I hope Ireland starts drafting less on need, more on talent.

I'm not saying he should be our HC but he would be an upgrade as OC. I really think our team has enough talent to win our division.

I don't want a guy with an ego so big that he refuses to talk to Tom Brady for 4 weeks because of a disagreement and during his first year at OC too. McDaniels thinks he's the next coming of Belichick and Shula combined, yet he doesn't have the skins on the wall yet. This guy better stay far away from South Beach!

ok so who should be hire? It seems like all the good ones are with other teams. Hell, I don't even know how Ireland would go about picking a new OC?

As long as Brandon Marshall is on this team and Mike Nolan is a coach here, Mcdaniels will not touch this team.
