Dobbins played a hell of a game filling in for Dansby in the base defense also.

I defend and support Henne as strongly as anyone here but you just have to throw that ball away. It was a very poor decision.

He forced the Reece fumble right but didn't see it credited to him....at least not at NFL.com. He made another TFL in the game too. He did play well.

I also couldn't help but crack up right before the half when we let time go down to the two minute warning. Sparano was madder than the Devil. He couldn't figure out if he wanted to chew Henne's *** or David Lee's. They both got an earful. Coach just kept yelling and looked back and forth at the two of them. He was a little pissed......

My goal for Henne is to surpass Gus Frerotte's 2005 numbers:

    52% completions, 18 Td's 3k yds and 12 int's.

As poor as that one decision was, Henne mad A TON of great ones yesterday. Many of them included throwing the ball away. He played great.

If Chad Henne will play like he did yesterday going forward, the Phins will win alot of ballgames. Really good, solid performance.

Sadly one decision like he had requires like 4 great plays to make up for it. I think he played very well, but that INT (where it was, and time of the game) drags the overall performance down IMO.

Agreed. If he plays like he did yesterday we'll have a good chance to win all 5 of the next games (assuming the STs doesn't meltdown like the last time we played NE).

yeah the play was clear as day right off the snap, where we try to sneak Fasano across the formation, but i saw right away the zone he was going to be running into, and you saw Chad looking around, unfortunately we only had 2 other guys out on that route and both were just covered up... Chad tried to force a play but that wasn't the time...

it seems like Chad tries to force a lot of things to compensate for this offense... so we're going to see those from time to time...
