Airport Pat Downs Result In Arrest

I saw this earlier. I'm skeptical of the source. Seems like a wannabe Onion, but I could be wrong. If it is true, how in the hell can you arrest someone for getting off? It isn't exactly a voluntary reaction. And, if they groped him enough to get him off, then isn't it the TSA's fault?
