I've backed Sparano since day one but this team is just not coming ready to play.

The halftime adjustments are horrible and he is constantly being out coached.

Henning totally sucks and should have been fired in 1990....

I like Sparano but won't be one bit sad if he's canned.

Fire them all get a QB. There are young pieces on the team, but they need more. Forget the annoying *** line that we're competing. They're not. Just build a better team. New HC you have 3 years.

The defense came ready to play today.

Peyton Hillis shut down. Browns have 252 yards total offense. Browns special teams (Cribbs) were a complete non-issue.

We rush for over 100 yards and win the TOP battle.

    And we lose.

The players are playing for pride now, and coaches for their jobs. Sparano's seat it officially hot.

At the LEAST, Dan Henning is gone and we're searching for a new QB (again).

Team is just awful at times.

They have injuries to deal with but still there are just so many basic breakdowns and inconsistencies.
    It's much more than injuries.
Bad coaching, young inconsistent QB, underachieving OL, etc.

Everybody associated with the offense definitely needs to go. Maybe even Sparano.

I said since day one that Sparano is way in over his head as a HC in the NFL, and gave a big list of the reasons why.

Mike Nolan is the only reason the Dolphins don't have a 3-9 record right now.

I think Sparano should get one more year, but Henning needs to be fired today. Plus with the whole collective bargaining bull**** I don't think you will see as many head coaching changes as in some years.

Henning being gone was a foregone conclusion prior to this I think. The offense has been shoddy since preseason, and letting him go should have gotten Sparano one more year. The Bills and Detroit games will seal his fate now - we lose either of those and Sparano can pack his bags. He might make it to year 4, but do we want him to? We aren't exactly brimming with success despite having obvious talent out there on both sides. We're not overpowering mind you, but we should be better than we are and obviously we're not.

Don't fire anyone until the offseason as we need to lose as many games as possible before the draft.

I like Tony Sparano and I think the team responds well to him. He did leave me with a few head-scratchers though.

Dan Henning's time is over. I don't think Sparano will fire him mid-season, but he will replaced much like Pasqualoni was.

Today it was just bad play all around and poor play-calling from Henning. I will say in Henning's defense, and there isn't much, you are pretty hamstrung to things when you're running out an OL of Long, Incognito, Berger, McQuistan, Murtha and your bookend WRs are Marlon Moore & Roberto Wallace. I think that's why we saw much more of the Wildcat.

My only beef is that if we run that sweep on 1st down we are saying we're taking it to OT and I'm OK with that. I don't like the hurry up afterwards--which by the way Henne missed Fasano wide open again. Truth is, if that pass isn't tipped and intercepted, Bess gets a 1st down and has some running room for more. It's really a game of inches.

It was bad. This team just can't put it together. Our home record is bizzare.Henne keeps throwing to many picks.I have been a Henne supporter but how long can you wait? The defence has been good but that's about it.Don't mean to overeact to a loss but at the same time how long to you watch this andnot expect better?

Barring that there is a season next year, I wonder if Ross would make the splash of going and getting Mike Vick to negate the splash of Lebron. Whoever signs the guy it'd make head-waves through the NFL.

The game shook my confidence in just about everyone involved with the offense. Henning is a lame duck. Sparano? I just don't know anymore. He has his weaknesses, but I always thought his strengths outweighed them. Now...I am not so sure.

And this was Chad Henne's worst game as a pro. Three interceptions, bad ball placement and held the ball way too long all game. He was at his worst today.

Kudos to the defense who repsonded while having zero room for error.

I am still dumbfounded how Carroll doesn't intercept that pass. It shouldn't be a surprise by now...but it floors me.

Agreed. Henning has to go. Sparano... after today, I think needs to go as well. This team is never ready to play, we fail to adjust at halftime, our game and clock management just stinks. I like his attitude at times, but in year three, these types of performances as a team, should not keep you employed. Everyone on the offensive side of the ball should go.

I only saw the replay once but it looked like the Wr barely got a mitt on the ball. Otherwise, thats just our luck. Carroll made all the things right with that play. He looked like a nimble gumby getting to the front of the Wr. Only to drop it? Damn was all I could muster.

Sparano's time here is starting to look a little like Mangini's time in NY. He overachieves in season one because of Chad Pennington, has a down season, comes into season three with expectations and fails to meet them. I just wonder if Sparano's going to get the axe at the end of the season.

Yep! I don't ever want the team I'm rooting for to lay down and lose on purpose!

So you can say what you will but I won't associate my name with a team that does.

    Don't discount it.

Ross is a celebrity whore and he loves Gruden.

I'd prefer Cowher though. His offensive and defensive philosophies align more closely to our existing systems and personnel than Gruden.

The last few years in Tampa, Gruden has fewer and fewer fans in the locker room.

Team needs a make over again... atleast on the offensive side of the ball. I like how Henne likes to say he's not a backup hes a starter but plays like ****. Granted alot of the playcalling is **** but you got to make the most of your limited opportunities especially in this crappy offense and to underthrew 2 TD passes then overthrew a deep ball to bess he's not making a good argument for his statements. Henning can go back to the rock he crawled out of he's horrible and if he never got a job again and went bankrupted i wouldnt feel bad. He's just that bad... to marshall and clam Chowder the season is on the line wheres you f*cking heart we could of definately used both of them even if it was limited. Coaching staff if you held them back shame on you because Henne could of definately used a 50% Marshall out there today. Crowder should be out there on principle for all the smack talk he's always ranting and never backs up. This is soo disappointing.
