I concur with bluehaze; Marshall didn't think the plays called were appropriate and Henne did his best to execute them...that's what I gather.

Is this from todays post game press conference? If not, can you provide a link? I guess I better go check out miamidolphins.com to check it out.

EDIT: I just watched the post game conference video on miamidolphins.com and I didn't hear that quote from Marshall. I have been a Henne supporter for a long time as well but, I did NOT like Henne's post game interview. He took no accountability once again. I don't know if it's his interview style or if he really believes he's not a part of the problem. I did like Marhall's interview though. I think he wanted to say more but, restrained himself. I thought, I could see it in his eyes, that he wasn't happy with someone... who, I don't know.

Henning sucks....that simple. I feel bad for BMarsh. Honestly guys....i think we're a good OC away from being a playoff team. Furthermore, we're a good OC and 2-3 more players away from being superbowl contenders. Call me crazy but thats how I see it.

Then the video that I watch on miamidolphins.com cut out before this was said by Marshall:

Marshall didn’t point fingers at anyone in particular on offense. He even went as far as saying Henne did “a great job with the plays that were called,” and continued to say Henne has the arm to “spin it.”

I am going to have to go back and watch it again because, the rest of the quotes in that article were pretty much verbatim of what Marshall actually said.

How many cb's have to come out and say were predictable before everyone believes it?

I don't think its a surprise here. We heard Ricky talking like this earlier in the season in a radio interview, and now Marshall saying the same thing. This staff fails to put our offense in the positions to excel and win games. It's gotten ridiculous, but its really just that nobody wants to speak out. Somehow, Sparano has these guys staying pretty tight lipped. It's going to come out eventually though, there's signs about it everywhere, players are dropping hints at it. I wish Henne would step up and call out Henning too though.

The thing is we have seen these quotes through-out the year from defenses. Yet, there are many here that still attribute that to Henne and not Henning. So, that question is still up in the air. Is it Henning trying to "protect Henne" or is it Henne calling the wrong plays? Hmmm... I'm gonna have to go with Henning on this one. I have tried and tried to see both sides of the coin but, I can't tell myself that my eyes and gut are lying to me. They may be but, as far as I can see Henning is still the main problem here.

Well, that's a stretch, and by that I mean there is basically nothing going right on offense, no running game, no consistent passing game, there is so much going wrong and so little going right that the play calls are just a portion of it.

Imho, the entire offense should be blown up save for maybe Fasano and Long and the Wr corps as quite simply it cannot do any worse than it is doing.

The 2-12 Panthers have passed the Dolphins in scoring offense, things are that bad.

Henne isn't the best QB out there. But seriously, if our FO knows that and still does this **** they deserve to be fired.

So, after all the quotes from different teams telling us how predictable our offense is, do we keep Henne next year and just get rid of Henning? How can you evaluate your QB if your OC is horrible.

We're lucky he's finding anyone open if its that easy for the defenders.

Is that due to Henne's limitations, or due to Henning getting stale?

Coupled with bad talent seeing to many plays?

I'd have to go back and look but, off the top of my head I can recall at least 3 just not by name. I took that number from the number of games I remember a DB saying just that. Now to be fair, there was one that stated it was Henne (I think it was Baltimore) that they could read not necessarily the play call. That was the only exception that I remember though.

You can post as many questions as you want. That one can't be topped in being nonsensical. Is the offense predictable because of Henne's limitations? Yet Finnegan clearly stated he knew the routes before they are run and Florence gave this gem:

Defend that old bastard all you want but do it better than that.

Could be the only routes that are called are ones that Henne can read the defense on...

Nah couldn't be, Henning! Can that old Buzzard!
