    Well, add:

Karlos Dansby to the IR along with Vern Carey and Chad Pennington and Nate Garner.

    Also out:

    -Anthony Fasano
    -Lydon Murtha

And of the 25 starters over the course of a season 6 have fallen by the wayside:

    Vern Carey
    Penny
    Dansby
    Hartline
    Fasano
    Murtha

Is what it is, now the Oline will be really shuffled for the final game..oh joy.

They should try Feinga at LG with Incognito at C. Berger is just not a starting linemen in the NFL.

Your favorite red head and mine, Pat McQuistan..:woot:

Which means Berger to Center, RI to LG JJ at RG, the same craptacular interior of the Oline we have had all season long.

I'd like to see Feinga play too. There has to be a reason he keeps staying.

Meh, season is over anyways. Be interesting to see how prepared Sparano has this team for tomorrow though. All things considered, I'm not expecting much from us Sunday. Hope wake gets a few big shots in on Brady though.

Ugh, we are picking 15th or 16th Aqua, that is the best or worst we can do win or lose on Sunday (there was a thread about it) and hoping to lose?

Really? 2 winning seasons in the last 6, a win tomorrow and at least we finish .500 for the first time since 08, and the second time since 05 losing sucks.

The real problem for the Dolphins is Dansby being out and Dobbins starting against a small, quick Patriots offense.

And all of these guys except Dansby are on offense. As if we didn't have enough problems on that side of the ball.

    Pathetic.

I want to win. That's ALWAYS my number one priority. I don't give a crap about draft position. I rather be 8-8 than have a losing season at 7-9. Do you think the players and coaches who have worked there asses off all year long want to lose this game so they can get a better draft pick? I'll tell you what, if anyone does, I'd want them off my team.

I read today that they are. Apparently Belichick will set or tie a record with a 14-2 season.

Could be we are mediocre because..we are a mediocre team that lacks talent on offense?

You can want whatever one will, but since you've been around for so long, you also know that the "savior" Head Coach...hasn't worked, the only thing that will work is consistently upgrading the roster, there is no shortcut that works in the long term.

When lil nicky went 9-7 with a rather old team, and SI named us a darkhorse contender..what happened that next season?

    More importantly..why did it happen.

You think I'm happy about being 8-8? I'm very disappointed and frustrated at the way this season has turned out. But I don't want to overreact to the way things have went. I still really like Sparano and so does the locker room. In fact, they love him. I agree that I cannot wait to get a new OC in here. As for Chad Henne, I'm still on the fence but would love to bring in Carson Palmer.

We were 1-15 3 years ago. We gutted the entire team and coaching staff. It takes time to rebuild everything, and when we fix the offense in the offseason we will be contending.

Trust me, I'm not happy at all being 8-8. I want to go to the playoffs every year, but I know we have a lot of talent on this team that can get us there.

Fasano, Hartline, the Oline did a bad job this yr, that happens, the real culprit is RW having 800 fewer rushing yds in 2010 (I'd guess RW is around 500 yds (?)) and Ronnie B playing like crap for most the season, was that forseeable?

I did not breath a word about Drew Brees as that is not the question at hand, we got all the positive publicity you could ask for in 2005 heading into 2006, it meant not a darn thing as there just was not the talent on the roster to make it happen, even with JT having a DPOY season, Saban brought in FA's to an already old team, he took the shortcut, and GTHO after the season after going 6-10.

We are the 3rd or 4th youngest team in the NFL with essentially no Qb, when they tried to reinsert Pennington as Henne simply did not have it, their plan B lasted 53 seconds so it is not as if they simply bought Henne 100%.

How about Jake Long, Brandon Marshall, Davone Bess, Anthony Fasano, and Brian Hartline? There are some good pieces brought in as well.

As for Henne, I'm not debating it again because it's been done non stop. But a bad running game plus bad offensive coordinator plus young quarterback all point to a bad offense. Is Henne going to be a good QB ever? I don't know, but I'm not going to draw a conclusion based on this season considering what we know.

But would I be comfortable putting all our eggs in Henne's basket going into next season? Absolutely not.

How is it that Sparano is getting blamed for the talent that is being brought in? That is not up to him. Blame Ireland or let it go.

IF............the players are all in Sparano's corner, and I have not heard that one way or the other, but if it is so, then hey must feel like he is doing HIS job. SO the problem has to be somewhere else. That leaves Henne or Henning. Henning has got to go, first of all. If we are stuck with Henne next year, we should be able to find out how much of it is HIS FAULT. Except for all the excuse makers that will THEN give him a pass because its his first year in a new system. I wont buy that one. He will be held accountable EVENTUALLY, which will be next year.....period.

I'm never the one to root for a loss but I personally don't want to move lower in the draft(whether it be 1 spot or 5)
Just want to raise the white flag on yet another mediocre season and shake the management up a bit before the draft.

What no Andy Alleman or Ndukwe?

Proctor did okay until he blew out his knee, Feinga is more of a T/Te and is rather good at it.

As for Murtha, have yet to see any PFF rankings on him, and Richie I is a fit at Center but losing 2 RT's are keeping him from moving for the final game.

Now complain about "missing" on 6th rd picks on offense as well, "Jalen Parmalee!!! ZOMG!!!"

What? That isn't crazy it is sad, as Cam Wake said "I'd gladly trade the NFL sack title for a win in New England".

I think the decisions have already been made with Sparano, Henning & Henne
we simply need to rebuild the offense in 2011, the Patriot game won't make a difference
    having said that
the question of Incognito @ Center could go far to answering, if he starts Sunday
