I quit right after this game. This way Ross does not have to mull over it. His team is playing like they could care less. They have quit on him so nip it in the bud Tony.

You're a nice person. A person with fire but your team plays with no fire. So unless you quit, you'll have to hear that word (with an added d at the end) and not read it...

    You no quit

    You are FIRED!!!

Fire the coach, all of the offensive coaches, the Rb's, and both Qb's. They all suck!

I wouldn't be surprised if he resigned. The players have quit on him.

If he isnt fired this time next week I will seriously consider better things to do with my life than devote so much time, attention, and money to this garbage.

    Enough is enough.

I definitely won't get Sunday ticket again if Sparano is retained. Waste of money to watch crap like this.

Agreed. Changes need to be made. Sadly though, Ross is apparently out of the country and won't see the game. I wish he could see this pathetic performance by every part of this team today, so the decision he needs to make is clear to him, we need changes.... again. Sadly enough.

He won't quit. He'd never get a shot as a HC again. He'd be labeled a quitter.

This was a terribly disappointing loss, especially when the Pats had nothing to play for. I mean really Saprano is a good guy but has showed he was a bit over his head as a Head Coach for Miami. I know the detractors will state he got us to the playoffs but it was with a very weak schedule and when Henning was actually listening more to the RB coaches apparently. It's just my opinion but he appears on his way out, sad to say but hopefully so. Maybe we could get someone like a Gruden or a quality proven Coach:no:

Or even a highly regarded non proven guy like Harbaugh. Pretty much anybody at this point is going to give us a better chance.

All I know is that if Sparano is the head coach next season and Henne is the starting QB. I will NOT renew the four season tickets I have purchased for nearly 40 years. If Ross is dumb enough to keep Sparano after this season. He doesn't deserve one more penny from me. I would be a fool if I renewed my season tickets if Ross fails to bring in another head coach. When it come to my money. I am no fool. So Ross better step up and do the right thing or he can find someone else to purchase my four season tickets next year. Unfortunately if a new coach is hired. I would have to renew my tickets before I would know what was going to happen with Henne. But I have no doubt that any new coach coming to the Dolphins would have to be smart enough to understand that Henne is nothing but a possible backup QB in this league.

No Way!!! Getting fired means they have to pay him his salary for next year. I would trade the $$$ for the humiliation at this point if I were Sparano.

Well, I left right after I posted this and after coming home, I see there are about 20 more threads stating very similar things.

Did you happen to say the same thing in those threads?

I mean, I sure the heck hope you're not still hanging your hat on Sparano, Henne, Thigpen, and the R & R depress...

You would walk away from a contract with millions yet to go?

No you wouldn't. No one would.

If Ross is nice, he'll let him resign rather than be fired and scurry off to coach UConn

It's hard being a Dolphins fan. I've been rooting and cheering for them since the 1972 season, the first year I ever watched football. I've endured highs and lows and as of late, alot of lows.

Life is a circle my friends. If New Orleans can go to a Super Bowl and win after being the joke of the NFL since their inception, then things will turn around for us.

    Never give up.

Just stay on here bro - at least we get to see the sexiest and #1 avatar on the planet! :)

I too am so weary of this team. With the OL the way it is and the QB situation, it's quite frustrating.

I've been a fan since 1969 and will always root for the Miami Dolphins. If they keep Sparano, Henne, Henning (ouch), Thiggy, and all the rest who played in over there heads, I'll still root for them. BUT Sparano is in over his head and it is getting old. Hard to argue with anyone who states this...

So I thought, I'd check to see if you did indeed post this in any of the other get rid of Sparano threads and see you didn't.

If you don't like me GM just put me on ignore. It's that simple. No need to further discuss anything if you can't stand someone right? If you're trying to get a rise out of me, it's not going to be that simple.

Ozzy I feel the same way, like an requited lover in a way. I love the Dolphins, but they seem to rarely ever love me back. But I still long for them, root for them to succeed, and will beam with pride when they finally do win the big prize. When the Dolphins finally win, I will know what it felt like to be a Red Sox fan back in 2004.

Yeah, I've been a total diehard forever, and an accused homer for years. Just these last two seasons, I have started more complaining, and these last two months it's been a welcomed relief to complain.

At least seeing the 2 SB wins is something I can hang my hat on until they FINALLY do it again. But the next one will be the sweetest......no doubt after this drought.

Nah, just yours dude. I think it's your sig .

I'm fine with Sparano, iffy on Henne, R&R have to go though, and nothing that happened today changes my mind about any of it.

In case people forgot, New England took some pretty good teams to the woodshed this year, NYJ, Chi, they just beat Buffalo (team we lost to) by 31. So anyone surprised or overly disappointed with what happened hasn't been paying attention. I'll have to watch again, but I didnt see the team quit (especially before halftime), New England is just that much better than we are.

See I have no problem with people who are fine with Sparano, I just think he's in over his head. I've grown sour on him quick these last 4 weeks.
