a stupid one would be to say that all of the defense's problems, (of which there are very few) are the fault of a guy, who's position is unimportant int eh grand scheme, by design.

in short...Killerphins posted a long drawn out rant about how Crowder deserved to get spit on and he hoped that Crowder's career would end with a disabling injury..and I made a clever post that was very well received.

 

Ehh, I sure dont see Crowder getting HALF the "hate" Ginn did, hell even guys who were drafted high and didnt play (J.Allen) didnt get the attention Ted did....

Ironically Ted was disliked from the beginning because everyone wanted Brady Quinn wich for me is very very funny, ofcourse he didnt play WR very well either.

 

Sect is the man Bro, he does seem a bit offbase, or I am not understanding him when he mentions Koa moving to ILB but Crowder doing his job...now if he means Crowder is tasked with a job I'd agree, however going one step further and Crowder is doing that job like crap..and has for years.

Watch all of crowders plays. I focused on him this game. He is as soft as Ginn Jr. was. He made tackles ONLY when the RB ran into him. When people got close he would turn his back. Watch the film.
I would replace every P**** on the team with a guy who at least tries.

 

The coaches disagree with you. and these coaches are the ones that have a top 5 unit.

 

Crowder is a liability on the football field and won't be here next season. He has a big motor to match his big mouth but that is all he has.
No real talent or awareness. We have heard the team address his lack of structure and how he "just runs around out there". He didn't get better next to Dansby, he got exposed for the mediocre player he is.
He is too slow to react to hit the proper hole and he has been running around blocks for six years.
Crowder developed into what he was destined to be. A turd.

 

That part is false. Dansby does hide what Crowder can't do but Crowder does "RUN" better than anything else we got. With the linebacker investment we made this past season, I think his time will be up soon.

 

I have to disagree. I believe teams target Sean Smith because they generally have more success against him than Vontae. Sean is a lazy tackler and lacks ball skills.

 

So when these coaches replace him next year, will you admidt you were wrong?

 

He does "Run". He runs away from contact. Please watch the film and him specifically.

 

They didn't replace him last year and that was my point. KP wanted him gone 3 years ago.

and I CAN'T be wrong...his unit was a top 5 unit. Kinda impossible to be wrong.

and I already advocated replacing him with Misi if you can find a pass rusher to compliment Wake.

You gotta get used to the fact that I usually argue from a position of certainty. Like a top 5 unit doesn't have many liabilities.

 

NOBODY thinks we should stand Pat on defense just because the offense took the cake as far as the reason for our averagness.....and even top 5 defenses can get better ecspecially when they get lit up by Julian Edleman and Brandon Tate.

ILB needs upgraded and Im confident that will happen going into next season. So that means the coaches are also not thrilled with Channing Crowder.....they drafted 2 ILB's last year for a reason.

 

you dress 4 a game. they cut two from last year.

Misi is the best bet to replace crowder IMO. it is the only upgrade I see if we can find a bookend for Wake.

 

You want him to quit telling the truth? Get a clue, Smith has been better than Davis this year, no question.
