Greg McElory on the second day?

Watching him at Bama - he is a smart QB that made good decisions. Not the most mobile or strongest arm - but threw the ball well and was accurate.

Havent followed many of the QBs in this draft and rankings/breakdown of each - so not sure where is expected to go.

Eh I've had my fill of trying to dig out the diamond in the rough. We need to step up to the plate and pick one of the top guys for once.

(Again, I haven't paid close attention to all of the QB's in this class) But with the Standford QB going back to school, it was my impression there were no "for sure" thing guys in this draft.

Why would we spend a 2nd or 3rd round pick on Greg McElroy? We don't have a 2nd for starters, and the 3rd round is much too high.

Depending on where he's projected to go and what we do in free agency, trading down, etc. I'll be a homer and say I want T.J. Yates. Shown improvement while in college and think the light will come on for him in the NFL.

I may be mistaken but I heard somewhere that he was going pro in baseball? Also I wouldn't mind the fins drafting CP7 in the 3rd or 4th round. He could be very good if he stays healthy

i think he is implying that we should consider spending a late 2nd DAY (4-7th rd pick) on him,

2nd day is only rds 2 and 3, a late 2nd day pick is a 3rd rounder. The 3rd day is rds 4-7.

I thought day 1 was rounds 1 and 2. Day 2 was rounds 3-7. So to clarify, I was referring to rounds 3-7.
