Well as a matter of fact they did play both teams that landed in Dallas this year. Believe it or not before the Phins season was all but a waste they put up GREAT games against both Super Bowl contenders. Are we really that far from being able to make a run?

    Just sayin!

Every team in the NFL is capable of beating any other.

We Always Played Teams That Go To The Super Bowl

We Played The Cardinals When They Went That Year And They Smashed Us

We Played Both Colts and Saints Last Year, We Nearly Beat Both. But We Couldnt Finish Because Of Our Poor Defence

This Year We Should Have Beat The Steelers and We Beat the Packers.

Just Know That If Its Not Us Then A Team On Our Schedule Is Going To The Big Dance

Just like to say, Mathews, Poppinga, Finley were injured when we played the Packers.

Out of curiosity, do you recall who was injured on our team?

And we were missing Odrick who was expected to be a starter for us. Injuries happen. We still beat Green Bay and we were still robbed of a victory vs Pittsburgh.

We didn't play the same Packers that, like the Giants a couple years ago......turned it up a notch and got rolling when it counted.

    Who cares?

Moral victories don't matter. I'm sure the Packers would gladly take a loss to us and the Lions in exchange for a Super Bowl every single day and twice on Sunday.

Not to mention that their best two secondary guys were out within minutes as was their best WR.... Props to GB for beating the Stillers... Stillers had the edge in experience and probably the talent for both teams were pretty equal. Pitts D was clearly the better D going into the game, however they forgot to show up for much of the game last night.... Can't blame Ben for this loss....this rests on the D of the Stillers...

As for GB, they were arguably considered the best team from the beginning of the season and proved it last night. While the game wasn't mind-blowing (like the G-men-Pats game) it was a good game as SBs go...

Yeah we played both teams and split them. How we beat the Packers is a mystery to me...or should I say how did that team that beat the Packers in any way resemble the team that finished the season....another topic for another thread....

Eh, he deserves some of the blame, especially with that that pick six and other INT. Not to mention on the very last play of the game, the play clock was winding down and he was rushing, why didn't he use their final timeout???

Where have I heard this before, oh yea, last year. As long as Sparano is the HC, the answer is yes, we're that far off.

Except for Ben, yeah did he not give up a Pick 6 to GB?, and what was the difference in the game???

3 TO killed the Steelers (2 by Ben)... how would the game ended if the Steelers did not give any TO's???

No, my friend Larry, Big Ben had the biggest hand in the loss last night, and he did not give his D any help early on...

On Tread topic, we had 2 starting Off Linemen out during that game against both Pit and GB, as well as Odrick and Crowder, and Allen I believe were out on D...

What killed the season was at the end the talent level was not anywhere near the beggining nor the middle of the season for us... OL, LB, WR... and an OC that could not adjust to the talent or lack of talent on the team...

I care. A season win is a season win nothing moral about it keep adding them up and you get to the big game.
