I like this post so much Im going to create another account just so I can "Fist Pump" it again! Although I have to disagree with them haveing a bad supporting cast.
Sure he didn't. Pathetic homers gonna be pathetic homers.
Name one player in that supporting cast worth a damn. Haslem, and that's it. Mike Miller who they mistakenly gave a 25 million dollar contract blows. Ilgauskas sucks. Bibby sucks. Joel Anthony can play some defense, nothing else. James Jones, can shoot, nothing else. Chalmers, sucks. Erick Dampier, terrible. Eddie House, can shoot, nothing else. Juwan Howard, meh. Pittman and Magloire, 2 more worthless bigs. More like a retirement home than an actual NBA supporting cast.
Typical Section126. Been throwing insults around at me for awhile simply for thinking the Heat won't win a title with that disaster of a surrounding cast. Dude needs to get a life. Sits around on his computer all day looking up statistics and throwing insults at people on a message board. It's dirtbags like him that have given Heat fans a bad name the last year.
Anyone see the left handed dunk by Kobe tonight? Dunk of the playoffs so far. And the bench is destroying the Hornets tonight. Okay back to the regular scheduled Heat hate/defense.
How dare me defend myself from some boob who has the audacity to insult people for thinking the "Big 3" won't win a ring by their lonesome.
This whole Heat back and forth has been getting old since October. Can we go back to making fun of the Knicks now?
His name was not "Tony" Mandich, and I didn't call anybody a douchebag. I described the type of hater that perpetuates stupid narratives like "Bosh cried during a press conference".
LOL. I haven't insulted anybody. I merely mentioned a type of hater, and don't resent me for being self employed. It can be perceived as jealousy. You on the other hand, have been calling me and other Heat fans every name in the book, and now you call me a "dirtbag" directly. Your anger and hatred is approaching the point where homeland security gets alerted. Go get a hug.
You just described every bench in the NBA except Denver's and Philly's. How are they doing in these playoffs? reaching..... SUPPORTING CASTS! Let's check the standards...defending EC champs, Celtics, ....Heat have a better supporting cast. Remember that the Heat's main bench players are hurt. Miller has two broken thumbs, and concussion issues and should have had knee surgery at midseason. Haslem has his foot. Even then...compare what is left to the crap that Boston rolls off their bench and the collection of stiffs the Lakers have. NBA basketball is about your top 2 to 4 players. In some instances, it has been about the top two. Hey, give me credit, at least I engage you, although I shouldn't. Just like dissecting the crap haters spew. The last great hope for the haters is the Celtics Big 4 vs. the Heat's Big 3. Heat get through that one.....man..I fear for R&R's health. (well, not really)
Anyway...the posts are right here in this thread. Clear as day as to who is insulting who. I could care less. You can call me anything you want. I will have the last laugh anyway. Damn I'm witty.
Kobe is as good as anybody at faking injuries. (Wade is right there) Barkley was great at halftime talking about it.
Do I really need to defend YOUR player? I dont believe D. Wade fakes injuries, nor Kobe for that matter. Now, do they turn a mole hill into a mountain? I dunno. Paul Pierce sure takes the cake in my book for screaming bloody murder and being taken off the court in a stretcher....only to return 20 minutes later.
Hey wait a minute, the Lakers bench is pretty good. Odom (6th man), Barnes (defense and grit) Steve Blake (chicken Pox) and Shannon Brown (uhm....can jump real high). But those four are better than most other benches. Joe Smith, Theo Ratliff, Luke Walton, and Trey Johnson admittedly are a collective black hole of suck.
I dont think anyone can deny that, with the Lakers size and depth and oh...they have the most talented player on the planet who does make his big shots so I dont think their is any question they are the team to beat. The Lakers have struggled with quick point guards over the years and the only team in the East left that doesnt have one of those? The Heat. Wich imo would be the easiest matchup for LA.
Who's the Heat fan here? Wade is a Diva. Love him, great player...but come on, I have seen do the same thing that Kobe did last night. Walk around as if he got shanked...then boom..a dunk on Kendrick Perkins. Paul Pierce is another category.
The Heat has TWO very quick point guards. They are called Dwyane Wade and Lebron James. Heat don't have point guards. We have guys that are called point guards that stand in a spot and shoot. The Heat is a nightmare matchup for LA. At least it has been for years. (this year too). it's the system. Riley's rotation defense owns the triangle.
Yes, this basically sums up your argument. LeBron James is the best player in the league, but somehow that doesn't make him a "winner"
I find it hard that A-Rod isnt in this convo....nobody likes that dude..... Jeter Section....he fits all that criteon above, and has 1/18 the talent in his sports as LBJ does in his......there isnt anybody more respected in any sport than him....say what you want about New York and hating the City I get that but the truth is this...
I agree...Jeter is there. But LBJ is a better player, so he gains some points on that. Manny Pacquiao belongs as well.
That's what makes these polls so ridiculous and useless as a measure of overall popularity. They really only count those with strong feelings for or against a player. When answering the poll you basically have to check "I hate player X". Most players don't inspire hate. Most people don't hate any player. It generally only takes a few small groups that really hate a player to get you on that list. The only ones who generally inspire those strong feelings have to be good enough to be in the media constantly and usually have to have done something egregious (usually a crime). Generally if they haven't committed a crime they don't make the list. The fact that LBJ is on there at all just shows just how irrational those small groups that hate him are. It's so irrational that I don't know of any Heat fan who is bothered by it. The team has certainly embraced it. Personally, I find it funny. I can see not liking a player b/c of his attitude or personality, but to hate a player he generally has to have done something that offends you personally.
You've insulted me several times in the past jackass so go **** yourself. And I've called no other Heat fans beside you anything. I'm actually able to hold a reasonable debate with most Heat fans on FH, and for the most part on this forum as well. You on the other hand, are just a pompous bag of wind that loves insulting people on message boards. I've seen you insult other people as well. You're pathetic. Wave your pom poms in the air and declare the Heat the greatest team in the history of sports all you want to. Makes no difference to me. Just make sure to apologize to me when the Heat don't win a championship this year.
why because he did what ANY other ball player would have done in that situation.... Okay so I am in a huge catch-22, as a non Heat or Sixer fan, I want the Heat to blowtorch the Sixers, as to hear Section bone you verbally, and also the better match-up is played...that being C's versus Heat.... But I would also be intrigued to see the Sixers win, because see the above post, I am not sure what else better could come out of your mouth (via your digits)..... But in the end the C's I believe would beatdown the Sixers, so I am leaning on the first scenerio..... Carry On......
LOL! Sure you have angry man. You called all Heat fans pathetic. You said the entire fanbase was ignorant and stupid. Embrace your anger. let it flow through you. Feel the power of Heat hatred. AHHHH! BTW, I am hardly the pom pom waver around here, pretty objective when it comes to the Heat, said that the Celtics are a good bet versus the Heat, and only the Perkins deal opened the door. I have said that the Lakers win a finals vs. the Heat (I also own a futures bet of Lakers over Heat) if Kobe plays the team game.. I don't need to apologize. Besides, we all know you would not reciprocate, because you will probably commit suicide if the Heat win, judging by your insane rantings in this thread.
I wouldn't beat him down verbally over beating his sixers. If I wanted to talk trash, I would just say that the Heat finally flushed their turds down the toilet if the crappy Heat were lucky enough to somehow manage to win tonight. and again, it is plain to see, you can;t find me insulting this guy directly anywhere on this thread. Yet, you can find him calling me a jackass, a dirtbag, telling me to go **** myself, calling me pathetic and then using broad description to call the entire fanbase of the team I root for all types of names.
Could it be that R&R is trying to get himself banned because he knows the Heat has a pretty good chance of making him look foolish? conspiracy?
if I could **** myself, I probably would....just saying... seriously people I have noticed get fired up the most in the NBA playoffs, I love it....true emotion...I think it is because each one is a series, not one and done...it takes forever to win a championship...
Played 8 games of basketball at the gym, then did like 4 sets of back, and 2 sets of crunches to failure. Weight back up to 201 after a 4 day binge of pizza, choclate and a cold. Its been raining here in Cbus the past week but its turning sunny so time to run the Mustang through the wash, get home and the mexican ran over my cable wire on the direct tv, so Im not mad because the draft isnt until tommorow (and I know I wont watch the WHOLE thing at the bar) but in order to watch the NBA game since the service call isnt until tommorow I have to goto the local pub and watch some NBA. Also my legs hurt.
AND AS A REWARD FOR ALL THAT, Your Knicks have picked up the Option on Chauncey Billups for 14.2 Million and basically removed cap space from the books for this summer.
If this is true it may be liquor not beer at BW3's....yes we missed Chauncey in the playoffs but we need to think bigger than that.
