Holy moly brother! I've heard this alot over the years, but I just can't understand why. Mark Duper was the epitome of a speed demon. He was a pure track guy, who with only one year at WR in college, had something like a 25ypc average. His 40 times were in the 4.2's He was an NCAA champion, running anchor in the 4X100. And he took 7th at the Olympic trials with a 10.2sec 100M.
Why am I not excited? Oh yea....possibly cause it says this about him on the Dolphins' official website: Sorry to inject a little realism in here.
Thank you voice of reason. I never expect anything major from rookies especially receivers. If he gets 20 catches it will be an amazing year.
probably due to his draft caliber. I am hoping it is Morlon Moore. Imagine if Roberto Wallace worked out really hard this summer to become a better wide receiver. With his talent, he would be a huge assett.
Did you even read what I quoted? The team page itself is saying he COULD be a backup....with time and coaching. Take off the aqua glasses, bro.
All propaganda at this point. Remember when everyone was touting Patrick Turner as the next best thing. If anything their analysis gives me comfort. It'll take one preseason game to see what this kid has to offer. If they want to bury him right after they draft him, go ahead, it's their funeral. Remember he was taken 1st before a slew of talented receivers in the draft. Soooo, it will be on Ireland and Sparano if the kid is a bust. But yeah, these guys steal more mojo than fat bastard...
I think both em suck but at least Wallace helps out on ST, so I'm rooting for him to stick if we cant find anyone better.
Sorry, didn't mean you in particular. Talking more about those in here creaming their shorts over him.
I would take anything said on the team page with a grain of salt. He's a 4th rounder, very fast very raw. Potential is endless. Risk is minimal.
