as for the general talk, it looks like the only team from the West that has a chance are the Mavs but the layoff might kill them. these games are just too far spread. sweeping a team is almost a penalty. the grizzlies are not that good and the thunder just could not make a solid move on them. OKC is just too thin on their roster and westbrook not being a true PG is hurting them. perkins has shown that he only successful paired with a productive 4. he has no place on the thunder the heat are clearly the cream of this crop. the media seems to be hyping the bulls, probably because of rose winning MVP
Crazy how the Grizz and Thunder go back and forth, was sure OKC was going to close out Memphis instead they rolled over. Funny thing is, the Grizz are playing like that without the presence of Sect's gut Rudy Gay, they wanted to peddle OJ Mayo and it turned out the guy can play a bit, he still will be gone after the season and I suspect someone will pick up a good value.
It's been a re-calibration of what they do best. Adding Gay next year, will make them that much more dangerous.
What they seem to do best if find guys like Gasol Jr and the fmr Bust (whose game one did not like) Zach Randolph.. Eh, bottom line it looks like two young, talented teams, who have very little playoff experience duking it out. OKC SHOULD have closed that series out, now they are squarely on the bubble, though I do think they will advance.
It sounds like you're saying you knew your statements were ridiculous and baseless but you made them anyways. I simply responded to ascertain that. I personally don't aim to post nonsense, but I do sometimes wonder how much of the nonsense posted by others is a joke and how much is ignorance. Since your statements on this subject are a simply a joke, I'll give them their due consideration going forward.
Looks like we can pencil the Thunder into the WCF versus the Mavs. And we can pencil the Mavs to win that series in probably 5.
Helluva game tonight. That Bulls bench is strong. Chris Bosh was balling for the Heat. Anyway 103-82 works for me in game one. Bulls play damn good defense huh folks....... Long series I know...
It was Chicago's night. They got the bounces, calls and they played extremely well at home. I will be surprised if they play this well again, though. Miami has better games in them. Looking forward to Game 2. sent from my Android via Tapatalk
We were tied at 48 at the half. Bulls dominated the second half Put up 31 in the fourth.Just asking how the Bulls got all the calls?
Bulls played out of their minds in the second half. Let's see what happens when the Heat play out of theirs, no contest.
Chicago basically did whatever they wanted down low and the officials called the game as such. I'm not complaining about it or using it as an excuse. Nor did I say 'all'. It was Chicago's night. sent from my Android via Tapatalk
The Bulls defense won’t hold the Heat’s score in the 80s for four games in a series, nor will the Bulls score in the 100s for four games in a series. This one could go to the wire.
Big question will the Heat be able to handle that Bulls bench. Miami was out coached tonight. In the second half. It is just one game... Bulls play great D.... sorry As I said long series.... Long time Chicago Bulls fan.
Maybe now that LeBron has laid an egg in front of tens of millions, he will shut his mouth about other teams being meals and concentrate on playing his best for his team.
Yeah, that was the problem. Something he said on a day off, taken out of context, two rounds ago. You do realize that he also had a quiet Game 3 against the Celtics, right? And that he's had a fantastic playoffs otherwise? Lack of focus? Dude was up at 5:30am this morning studying game film because he couldn't sleep. Last week he was at the AAA shooting at 3am because he couldn't sleep. Dude is obsessed. OT: LeBron followed that quiet game in Boston with a 35 and 14. He should have a better Game 2.
i wouldnt worry if i were a heat fan. i think the heat just got a bit shocked. as opposed to the celtics, they are now playing a team that has the quickness to guard them or a team that can challenge them on the glass. the celtics didnt even bother to get offensive boards but the bulls are destined for a bad shooting night and their offense can get eyes bleedingly stagnant
Well, Thibodeau was responsible for dismantling last year Cleveland offense when he was an assistance coach in Boston. The Heat is going to have a hard time with the Bulls in this series, I believe.
I have to echo what Muck said about Chicago doing whatever down low and the refs not calling any of it. I don't know if the refs should have called more fouls on Chicago, but I'm surprised they didn't. I'm just used to seeing fouls get called in those situations, and I would bet some Heat players would feel the same. With that said, Chicago was excellent in the 2nd half. I couldn't believe how well they were doing behind the 3pt line. I can also appreciate what Spoelstra (sp?) Was trying to do with his lineup, but he needs to figure out a way to help eliminate so many 2nd chance opportunities for the Bulls.
Heat were completely dominated in the effort category. No excuses, they were out-hustled. You can't get dominated on the glass like that, and expect the refs to help you out. I think the Heat go back to Big Z.
I assume the Heat bounce back in game 2, the emotions from the triumphic semi finals victory should be gone soon and they can get down to buisness. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
Guess we can expect the Mavs to beat the Thunder, what with OKC’s in-arena parade after beating the Grizz.
