Now, I'm not sure how that veteran fund works, but we're looking at least at $3M that some teams can go above the cap for 2011.

Also, FWIW, I read somewhere that the team minimum for 2011 is 90%, so $108. But I've only seen it in one place, so take that with a grain of salt.
