IMO, Murtha got by last season mainly on his athleticism, and was lacking in technique. If he catches up in the technique dept, he could be solid.

As for Ray Willis, would prefer him at RG than RT. I doubt he can pass block any better than Colombo at RT.

I disagree with the article but wanted to post it to get everyone's take on it. It amazes me every year how the 'so called experts' have opinions and print articles but don't really follow our team as they claim, but just pop their head in the door once a year to make a snap judgement. I think we have a great deal of talent this year on the O-line. I only hope that Sparano will stop his incessant fiddling and stick with a group of guys long enough so they can gel together. Links do not make up great chains - links working together do, and that takes time. We need to start the best guys on the roster and then leave them alone.

The shame these days is there are how many football experts around these days ? Hundreds? Thousands including the 1124 analysts just on ESPN and the NFL channel alone. Put 100 of them in the same room and you will have 30 different opinions. Its all something to bang on the keyboard about and strictly a single opinion, of which, I really do not bother reading any of their garbage anymore.

Look at just what there is in S Florida. You read some of this guys Omars stuff and you wonder what practice he went too. Embarassing to say the least. Problem is, these guys do not have a clue of how really bad they embarass themselves, honest, its comical.

Yeah this is a pretty good board for the most part. We all have opiniions but the majority have one thing in common, we love football. Darn, look at Henne alone the moutain of various opinions of which, mine were probably amongst the harshest. but again, it was opinion. Now I find myself pulling for him this year. Not because of the idiot probably drunk aholes who booed him but because this is most definately a make or break year for the kid. I would have loved Orton but realize why we did not succumb to the idiotic demands the Broncos were making for him and what he was expecting to be paid once he signed. There I go, rambling again :)
