I don't understand why people log onto this website every day just to complain about their "favorite team". I understand we are all passionate about the Dolphins and we all love watching them succeed, but at the same time we need to realize that it's just football - life goes on. There is no sense in spending so much time being pessemistic and working yourself up over entertainment. I know that most of the members here are grown men, but to be prefectly honest it's hard to tell by the way a lot of people act around here.

I just wanted to get this out there, we all bleed aqua and orange yet there is a constant war being waged between the optimists and the self proclaimed realists. My two cents: Let's all relax, it's just football.

It seems to me that though people complain on fan sites, it is a somewhat healthy release. It is a place for people to get together to share viewpoints, whether positive or negative, BUT, people take it to extremes as is done with anything anymore. It is everywhere, politics, sports, you name it. If you are one who has a glass half full type person you are a "sunshine pumper" or if you are half empty person, you are "just not a real fan". IMHO, it is all tied to the anonymous nature of the interwebz. It's all serious business.

In reality though, we are all fans of the same team. Every person here loves the Phins regardless of what they do or don't do, we just now have a place to vent frustrations. I took full advantage of that with the whole UM QBs are way overrated in the NFL posts. But I will ask this, what useful purpose does it serve to attack our own fanbase? Or what good does it do to "win" an Internet fight? There is zero problem with agreeing to disagree, and no need for calling people Nazis or comparing yourself to Christ.

It’s just a product of the instant gratification age. NFL history has proven that no team has ever gone from the first pick in the draft to first place in less than 4 years and yet the front running phonies demand more. Don't let it get you down. Just ignore them, they're irrelevant.

People will share their opinions, and some people will do so more strongly than others. I think it is good to have some points to debate on. Seriously, this would be boring if everybody got along perfectly, right?
