I love the receivers who do not even try to catch the ball. My goal every game is to throw less than 3 interceptions.
Go Airraid. A lot of short passes. I usually go airraid and just throw short passes. But sometimes, I'll open the game or half with 4 verts. Its fun to blow the lid off them when you notice they are in 2 zone. EDIT: You are Airraid lol. Try Stanford's power O. At least he's not Mike Leach, I suppose.
I use my own custom playbook which has 4 I/Strong I formations, and the rest shotgun/ace. I use a balanced approach between runs in tight formations and runs with spread formations and deep bombs, intermediate/short passes, and WR/Rb screens. The problem is my QB is the worst in the game. He can't hit anybody but defenders. Short passes, long passes, even screens behind the LOS... All miss by 5+ yards no matter how open the receiver is. My star RB gets injured every game and my defense gives up TD's constantly forcing me to use my ****ty QB. Don't even get me started on my kicker that misses a PAT every game, which just cost me the last game of the season vs. an 0-11 North Texas team... It's one big cluster****, luckily, it's the last year of my contract, and I've completed enough goals to give me 88% job security, so I should be able to find a new job, which I'm accepting no matter who it is lol...
Damn dude lol. Wherever you go, use the Run N Shoot. Has a lot of option routes, which works really well IMO.
Not doing too great online so far but enjoying the game, pretty solid. Of course if I spent more time practicing and not messing with custom sounds and team builder, I might do better.

Honestly, I'm just not all that great a passer. I make some ****ty decisions. I'm the complete opposite running the ball though. Know how to use my blockers to perfection. Give me a power back and I'll pick up big yards up the middle. Give me a speed back and I'm able to rip off huge gains to the outside with pitch/stretch/draws.
His running game/screens tore up my defense. Granted my defense is rated D+ and blows hard, but that's beside the point.

Mid Tennessee State is not tolerating losing this year. Anthony Morrow and Jason Sullivan coming to a defensive backfield near you! On another note, once again, my custom playbooks completely emptied and unusable... Seems to happen after going into an offseason in online dynasty. Frustrating, but oh well. Just going to go with Miami's playbook which worked perfect for my style of play the first few games I've used it. Lots of great runs/draws and screens.
Pretty interesting that all start with the running back. I'm usually a 4 verticals guy on first play or I'll check to Stick and then Counter.
Jealousy. Don't be jealous I am more successful than you. Besides this year I have developed and running game.
4 weeks without a home game? That's not a huge deal. But 4 weeks without a home game during that week 9 to 12 timespan when recruits are going to be down to their top three and ready for visits? That sucks. It pretty much means that you cannot compete with other teams for players and just chase after guys that are only offered scholarships by you.
I think your going to be fine in recruiting. Visits don't seem to be nearly as important this year as last. I was only responsible for one of those away games. I already apologized and told you next year every game you played would be at home (out of conference games).
I'm the DC at Texas (secondary sucks *** I may add) and lost 10-7 (offense sucks!) to Baylor in the final game. Got to #2 ranking in the nation. FML.
And speaking of pissed... I like to play online and have been just doing some quick ranked games. Started off slow but as I've became more familiar with the playbook, my players (I always use UNC), and the timing on pass plays I've started doing better. Gained a level and had a few 5-6 game win streaks. Was playing one guy using South Carolina and first half had some bad breaks, went in the locker room down 0-14 with him set to receive. Fourth quarter I started airing it out, which he had trouble stopping, and my defense finally started to slow him down. Somehow I tie it up 14-14 with a little over two minutes to go in the game and then force a three and out. I take the punt and with under a minute left I hope to move into range for a field goal (farthest so far with UNC has been a 52 yarder I believe). I get single coverage and decide to fling it deep. It's under-thrown a little so it becomes a jump ball and I managed to snatch it out of the air around the 10 yard line with 25 seconds left. I plan on running between the hashes to set up a gimme field goal when my opponent quits. Because it's still tied I don't get a win, despite my fourth quarter heroics; haven't been so mad over a videogame in awhile. In Madden (least 10, don't know about 11) you could finish against the computer if someone quit and in my scenario I would have done that and came away with the win. Not sure why NCAA uses their current system but not a fan. A great game was ruined because of a sore loser. Rant over.
I would like to say this game can go to hell!! Just kidding. Still I was playing a pretty poor game against Houston with Tulsa. The score was 3 to 10. I actually put together a good drive and score with 30 seconds left in the game. I lost the game 17-10 when Houston runs for 80 yards with six seconds left. That was a lame way to lose, I was looking forward to overtime.

I lost nearly the same way as well....up 21-18 with about 15 secs left and allowed a 77 yard TD pass. I was befuddled.
