In your most dramatic, old school movie voice, say it with me...''Let it go...Just....Let it go..''

I think a lot of us forget what true arm talent this QB does have..improvements in other areas of his game should only magnify that..

If he can cop this attitude that Dan is talkin about, and understand that mistakes are gonna happen, we might just have the cinderella story on our hands... so, just freakin release it man, show that amazing right arm that I first fell in love with..

I have always been a huge Henne believer and personally think he has been set back by our past schmuck for a OC Henning. If he plays well this year the sky is the limit! I honestly believe he can be the next franchise QB for us. It really irritates me that he has been dealt a one year, make it or break it chance to prove himself. I know he has had time to improve his game already but imo he was a better QB coming out of college than he was after a year and a half of tutelage under Henning and David Lee.

I hope more than anything that Henne has a great year. It would be such a relief for this franchise and a true treat for our fans, including myself!!

Henne has a legitimate chance this year.

I watched some highlights...daboll loves the fade route. He isn't afraid of putting it on the QBs shoulders by letting him go deep early and often. We are going down field baby! yeah!

I want to go back to 2008 for a second. I had felt that Beck hadnt been given a fair shot, he was not prepared to play in 07 on a team that he had no business being put out front on, they had noone to guide him and help him on teh field, that team sucked. Then Bill Puke and Ireland and Sparano drafted Henne who I had watched alot living in Northeast Ohio, and I knew Becks days were numbered. That Henne had issues to work on but had all the talent. he had to learn defenses and reads, he had confidence and a gun and a poise. Beck was gone.

In 09 Henne replaces an injured Penny and makes plays with his arm that we havent seen, but does show a penchant for throwing into coverage trusting his arm. But he takes chances and even wins a game and should have made the deep play to win the colts game if teh Ginn family could catch. He shows promise, he shows potential being realized.

In 10, do they feed him more of teh reigns and allow him to fly? No they tighten the reigns, Henne then becomes tentative/hesitant, doesnt trust his own reads, looks over shoulder. Makes boneheaded decisions, doesnt progress. The system plays to his weakness, deandds pinpoint accuarcy off timing routes like Penny which doesnt suit Henne. Chad had worked on touch passes hard but he isnt going to be a finesse passer.

Now in 11 Sparano has an epiphony and they hire Daboll who challenges chad, allows chad to be a leader, to take responsibility, take charge. To me this where he should have been in 10. The silver lining is, that he is almost like a 3rd yr player all over again with the bonus of going thru the adversity and can use it as fuel and as knowledge. So basically I have a level of excitement to see which way Henne takes it. Does he go in the direction we thought after the 09 season, or is the 10 path in the future? because It is the biggest question to the season IMO. If its 09 progression then we will suprise alot of people. if it is 10, we will validate the national media

Be the ball Chad...just close your eyes and be the ball....be the ball...be the ball. Don't be obsessed with your desires Chad. The Zen philosopher Basha once wrote, 'A flute with no holes, is not a flute. A donut with no hole, is a Danish.' He was a funny guy.

The weapons are there for him to turn it loose. Gates, Marshall, bess, hartline, bush, Rosario. this offense has the potential to threaten every single time the ball is snapped

I think if Henne is to have a full slate of weapons we desperately need Moore, Gates and Wallace to step up their games and take control of their craft on the field, we need all three players measurables to match their games..

Marshall, Bush, and Bess would be the three that I would say are true weapons...That's not enough.
