Haven't found a confirmation yet, but Rotoworld is reporting the Dolphins released Dante Rosario, and the Panthers signed Frank Kearse off of our practice squad.

Yessir, and we added Olshansky and Nate Jones.

Eh, churn baby churn, Kearse made a smart move by leaving as our Dline rotation means it would take a lot for him to see the field.

I thought Rosario had potential. Very odd.

Churn indeed , and we couldn't do much to stop losing Kearse , but I still don't like it. Sometimes I feel this team is caught between right now and right for later . We kind of are not either , and that isn't a good thing imo.

Eh, 0-2 colors everything D22, when you have not won nothing seems like a good move.

2nd yr we have been poached though, Humpty Geathers was poached last yr...and is now in Dallas...go figure

I find it a bit hard to believe that Mastrud is a better option at TE than Rosario after Fasano... but... uh.. ok. Whatever works I guess.

Mastrud is a better blocker than Rosario.. that's all that matters. I am sad to see Kearse go, although find it funny he ends up in Carolina, whom most of us had thought claimed him when he was released originally

So we cut Edds for a guy who got released 2 weeks later. Oh well, can't question the geniuses in our FO.

Fasano has a clause in his contract that none of the other TEs can be close to as good as him when it comes to catching passes. ;) All backup TEs must be undersized OTs, that's why Rosario had to go :((

Still can't believe we picked Misi over Gronkowski. Still scratching my head over that one.

IDK, that seems like 20/20 hindsight. I can't blame them too much for that one. Misi was a player at a need position, and Gronkowski had (and may still have) major questions concerning his back.

It's not like the Wannstadt days when guys like Brees and Boldin were passed over to use prime picks for strengthening(?) the nickle corner spot (Jamar Fletcher) and upgrading special teams and linebacker depth (Eddie Moore).

    Pads , it isn't just 0 and 2 , but that is certainly part of it. 7 and 9 , 7 and 9 , one step forward , 2 back , one sideways....

We got lucky with Pennington , but should have know that was a very very short term fix. Instead of biting the bullet , having a long term plan for sustaining 10 plus wins seasons , we seemingly flutter between , a quick fix for now , and short term pain for long term gain.

That "plan" has brought us , once again to this , 0 and 2 , back to back sub par seasons and what looks to be yet another one. No team plans to fail , but many fail to plan , or plan properly. I don't see that Miami has planned properly and I am having a hrd time seeing that has or is changing. Something new to address each game or so it seems.

I would rather be really bad for 2/3 seasons then move up step by step to where you can pretty much count on being over .500 and trending to consistent double digit wins and where not making the playoffs is more a surprise than making them.

    Tell me I am wrong.
