Nah, I started yelling like crazy, jumping around, hitting things.

I don't blame ya for crying out of happiness though. We just avoided infamy.

Yes, Armstrong needs to be gone by sunset today. What the hell is with kicking to the corners when Feely can kick it out of the back endzone ? That is just screwed and almost cost us the game.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one that got a little emotional. I didn't quite cry, but I definitely felt some heavy emotion.

It was one of the most satisfying wins in a long long time. Right up there with the 2000 overtime playoff win against the Colts (go Lamar Smith go!)

I did. It caught me off guard. I was mad at our D for pissing it away, then elated that they blew the FG, then figured our O was about to blow their opportunity. I was jumping and screaming....... when I saw the few fans in the stands that were at the game going nuts, and the players going nuts...... I started to tear up a bit. This win was sooooo needed so for anyone who is a true Dolphins fan.

I can and am happy with this win. Sure, in my 37 yrs as a Phins fan, I can't remember a season as bad as this one......but a win is a win is a win. Nothing can change the previous losses this season.......and nothing can cheapen the win of today......so don't even try it.

Today's win was the biggest we've had in at least five years. the simple reason is, we're just another bad team now. But if we went 0-16, we would have had a legacy of shame that loomed over us forever. we would have been, without doubt, the worst team ever. but now we're just another bad team having a bad year. dime a dozen. plus we get the 1st overall pick to boot. this win saved the sport for me. if we we're 0-16, i'd never be able to look at the sport the same way again. i'd still be a finfan, but we'd have a terrible and permanent cloud over our franchise. but now its gone. THATS why today was so special.

my dad came in my room and woke me up saying "miami won!" and at first i didn't believe him so i just layed there but then i was like wait...is he for real? so i went on nfl.com saw the score and watched the highlights and teared up a little, seeing the whole team and not just the players celebrating was probably what got me haha but even though we are a 1-13 team that victory was one of the sweetest i have ever tasted

A lot of people in my section cried. I was hugging people I've never seen before.

I've had season tickets since I was 5-6 years old and I'm 20 now, and this was like the most magical moment ever. Yeah, the most magical moment ever with a 1-13 team. All of these wonderful Marino years, and this was like my happiest moment as a Dolphins fan. Amazing.

Based on the conditions at hand with where this team is right now, this was like winning the damn Super Bowl, dude. I mean, 0-16? It was BEYOND realistic as a possibility. In fact, it was probable although I thought we'd lose today and beat Cincinnati in week 17.

no, but I think it's been my fault the dolphins have been losing all year. This game was the first one this year that I didn't pick the dolphins to win. All year even when I knew we were going to lose I would still pick the fins cause its just hard for me to pick against them. But this week was the frist week i didn't then they win. So to I just wanted to so sorry to all my fellow fin fans and we will finish the season 3-13, cause I'm no longer picking the dolphins to win ever again.

I was at that game!!! My friend was from Indy and she drove from Ft Myers so I could drink!!!!! I yelled so much at that game I lost my voice for 4 days.

That game was more exciting, this game was more emotional. I almost cried when I saw Wayne. And I take every thing back about him not caring:up:

This felt like winning the superbowl. I thought we won it only to blow it like always at the end. I couldn't the Ravens missed the FG. And the winning pass was a shocker too! Our first TD in the 4th quarter this year.

I'm still jacked bout this but ---------------- Keith Armstrong NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP.

Man, I am glad I read this thread, as I was surprised I got so emotional over this win. Good to know others were in the same boat.

    Congratulations Phins-You never gave up!

By the way , I take back about him being just a businessman in the other threads that I posted. I've read other articles about him today and how he really cares about the team. And when I saw Mr. Huizienga crying after today's game, I really saw him as a human being instead of just an owner and that really touched me. IMHO whatever happens, hopefully he can make us a dominant team again next year.

I do a thing I call the “Griswald†cry, like Chevy Chase in that movie where he’s so happy and relieved he cries. My kids get a kick out of it because they know the scene in the movie I’m parodying. I do that for occasions like this, but this time there might have been some wetness in there too…

I watched the game at the same bar I have been going to for years. The place loves to make fun of me due to the fact that I am the only Dolphins fan there. Well thinking Miami was going to lose in OT I gave up hope. It was like the Redskins game all over again. And then they missed that field goal. There it was, hope. I forgot what that felt like. Then the catch. He kept on running. There weren't any flags. I couldn't even control myself. I just stood up and yelled, "GO, GO!!!" Then the touchdown. I jumped up and down screaming my head off. "We WON!!, WE WON!!!". People in the bar kept coming over and giving me high fives. The Cowboy fan of a bartender gave me a shot of Jaegar. It was a magical moment.

I don't think I have ever been so happy after a game that didn't have anything to do with the playoffs. It is so nice just not being the worst team to have ever played professional football.

The feeling of knowing we got our first win of the season, and that we didnt break that negative record, is awesome. After this year us Dolfans can go threw anything and we will become very close to this team. Go Miami, for ever a Miami Dolphin

Came pretty close to crying but I was emotional and for a good 10-15 minutes I couldn't stop smiling about it and just thinking "They finally won".

I didnt cry but I was at work today at Publix(supermarket in FL) and my manager grabbed me and said "We're tied!" and we went to watch the rest of the game on our store TV. Soon, a few of my coworkers joined us and before I know it, we had customers watching with us and when Camarillo scored, the whole store erupted in yells. It was a great moment, like our Super Bowl. Ya, we still suck, but today was our day and no one can take it away from us, and no one can take away my memory of this glorious day.

I was at a sportsbar watching the game and a couple of idiots (guys wearing Pat's jerseys) were hoping and praying that we would lose. I thought for sure we were doomed when Stover lined up in OT for the game winning FG, but when he hooked it, I knew it was over.

When Camarillo broke away for the winner I was jumping up and down and giving the Patsie fans the F-U- look.

Beautiful win.....now maybe we can ruin the Pat's perfect season next week. That would be the ultimate way to stick it to him.
