why is my account not deleted yet...................................if ross moves the team out of Miami i can like another team man i hope that happens
I wanna know why honor the enemy (Tebow) for a BCS championship on MY FIELD!! F*&^K Him... I'm from Florida and like Tebow, but not today!! Today you should want him to lose, not honored on my field like a hero...and then he comes in and acts like one by making us continue to be winless...nice!
My first post... i registered just to make this .......... I have to say....... This is it I recently moved from miami (where i lived my whole life) to sebring.. where everyone is a bucs fan or a freaking gators fan drooling over tebow...... I tried so hard to find this game streamed...which is when i came across this site... i have to say im very thankful for finding it and im gonna stick around here for a while. but living where i am now... everyone trying to convince me to abandon ship and be a TB fan in which is a no brainer for me because i bleed aqua.... I dont even know what to say after this game Tebow is the most horrid, god awful excuse of a quarterback i have ever seen in my life.... how can you be a godly running qb and get sat down 10 times...... and they still showed us up. the last 3 mins of the game i assumed we were good... i never wanted to jump on this suck for luck bandwagon.. i was kind of torn because it kills m to see us lose like this but i give up... this teams coaching and management is beyond trash..... and you can add me to the list of die hard life long fans that are done watching this season...
As a businessman... he has to see that there is no profit in the team being in Miami. He has completely ****ed it up.
Going for two was the right call. Fourth qtr... up by 12, you go for two... that's what the BOOK says right?
I don't see how or why people are so pissed off at Ross... he came here after Parcells did... It's not his fault Parcells brought in Sparano and Ireland. It's not his fault the team is lacking fundamentals. It's not his fault the team has major holes because of poor free agent signings and iffy draft choices. I just don't understand the severe hatred towards Ross.
Bringing the team to L.A. is actually a pretty good opportunity. That is not a strong division. The fan base isn't exactly supporting the team in Miami (for good reason) and it's just a new start really. If he gets Luck or Barkley I could easily see it. Why not the stadium is old, you're sinking cash. There's a brand new stadium being built. It could be a great move business wise. Then you watch Jax take the team's spot in the AFC East.
that won't happen. He's losing money on his investement this year. He won't gain it back by selling it. Move the team, make it back.
RT. Ross may actually be a superior owner to Huizenga, depending on what he does in January with the HC and GM positions. Ross isn't moving the team, and your logic is extremely simplistic. Riddle me this: what will Ross do with Sun Life Stadium? Is he just going to eat the money he spent on additions and demolish it? He'd be out tens of millions of dollars. And why would LA want the Dolphins over, say, the Chargers? The Chargers, Vikings, and Rams all have more tenuous connections to their current host cities than the Dolphins. The franchise isn't going anywhere.
Seriously, if they just moved the team i'd feel the shackles of betrayal being removed. This cursed football team is ruining my love for the game.
Oh man he didn't really spout that non sense did he? Like Jesus really cares who wins a stinking football game.
So stand next to the former Coach of the oppositoin while he's bringing back that team in the 4th qtr... you don't see something wrong with that?
Exactly, what the **** was up with that, I was at a kids b-day party, watching the game on NFL.com game track, when I read that I was here we go again... Called the Tebow run for the two points, we all knew it was going to happen up here in Minnesota and yet the defense couldn't defend it? Now John Beck is going to come in next week to get us to 0-7. Our new tagline "Miami Dolphins, we make your team look good." Bah humbug.
Obviously, but it's not like much of the Dolphin fan base is actually in Miami anymore. Look at this forum, much of the older crowd isn't even there. Main point is that that stadium is old. They don't want to put huge investment there anymore. Let the Hurricanes have the field. Ross has no and I mean no reason to keep the team in Miami business wise or as far as winning.
Ross owns the stadium. There's no financial point in moving the team unless someone was to buy the stadium from him first. And there's no someone.
it's true that I'm one of the first to suggest he move the team to LA.. where a new stadium is waiting... Hollywood is waiting... Ross wants stars? Move the team to Hollywood. But I'd much rather this team become a perennial winner than move here. I just don't see it happening anytime soon.
Good job boys....that is the spunk we need to get to the place we want....More Marshall drops, Sean Smith can hold on to Tebow's fumble, Linebackers who look out of place, we perfected the gameplan to perfection. We gave them the game and they took it, you can't ask for anything better...Oh well on to the NFC East at this point..... //Back to watching Luck/Jones games.....
Actually that would be kind of stupid. That stadium is in need of expensive upgrades and may have to be replaced. L.A. has its own stadium. Sell the stadium to the university, to the city, whoever you please and then move.
Actually, Ross recently put in some pretty expensive upgrades. Unless the university particularly wants to buy it (which I don't believe), there's no buyer. What would the city do with it, anyway?
same here man. I dont know who I would like but......i dont know how much longer i can handle this ****ty play. they gave up on us....i dont know what is stopping me from giving up on them
Yes and there's more to be put in. That stadium sucks. I wouldn't be surprised if there's 200m to be put in. He's better off leasing it to the Hurricanes. Actually we want a team in L.A., especially if it has Andrew Luck or Matt Barkley on it. L.A. had their chance? Sorry buddy but unless fans start showing up Miami has no advantage for Ross on on L.A.
