***Official Gameday Thread - Dolphins @ Giants - 1PM***

What a weird feeling. For the first time, I seriously don't know if I want Miami to win. I'm glad I'm playing fantasy and doing alright, because reality blows.

 

First half of the Jets game I still had it, nothing since.

I enjoy just watching games, but cheering for my fantasy players and the teams I pick in Pick'em are helping the season be a little more bearable.

 

Have work to do today, so for me, I'll probably miss this one.

For the first time in 4 yrs.

 

I'm rooting for the Dolphins today because well I can't control what happens.
I'm sticking with my team. I can't play the traitor card.

 

I'm rooting for a dolphins win today, just like I do every week.

 

You know it Bro, 0-6 or 6-0, I'm right there, today however extraordinary circumstances prevent being there.

SFLers are kind of wimpy imo, they are trading the hope of W's for a draft pick.

 

1 win would make me feel better, but feel it will take a lot to secure it today.....the sooner the better. So, go Indy, go StL

 

Right now, I want them to lose horribly so we'll stay in the Luck chase. When the game kicks off, I want them to win, like I do every time I watch my team play. When we've lost horribly, I shall feel the usual weird mixture of content and despair.

 

I'm honestly going to laugh at this fanbase if we don't get the pick.
Selling yourself out for something that is unlikely to happen.
Makes me question a lot of fans and their mindset. Loyalty is a very strong quality to me.
Once you go to the other side you might as well stay there.
It's like cheating on a loved one regardless the reasoning.

 

I could say the same for those who want to be temporarily placated by a meaningless win.

 

I never thought I would see the day that I would get attacked on a Miami Dolphins web site for supporting my team.
This fanbase is really lost.
Very sad.

 

The thing is, who are y'all to judge anyone else? You guys have a self entitlement to unrightfully judge and its sad really. I want luck, and I'm rooting for the Dolphins to win. I can't root for them to lose, but after the past couple loses I have a funny feeling of gladness. I understand where people are coming from rooting for loses though, and I understand people rooting to win. But to belittle someone based on their beliefs is pathetic

 

I`ll be watching and rooting just like I`ve been doing for countless years. I fully understand theres a light at the end of the tunnel if the losses continue to mount up but its out of my hands.So,I might as well root for my team. If it was guaranteed right now that we will draft first and get Luck I might feel differently,but like I said its out of my hands.

 

Do we really have to go over this crap each and every week? The board might as well merge with FH.

 

Explain to me what is the point of going 8-8 and missing out on a franchise QB?
There is none, nothing will change.
The only light at the end of the tunnel this season is that QB.

As can i as well as the rest of the SFL crowd. We still know that we are dolphin fans and make no apologizes for it. Honestly we could care less what the anti luck crowd thinks of us as fans since we think you are worse fans to begin with
