Ahmad Bradshaw wants to be a Dolphins Part II http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000...ion-about-dolphins?module=HP11_headline_stack
One would think if he was given more say the second half of the season they would have kept him with the second half improving as it did. So maybe he had someone inserting help. I don't like thinking of it that way.
So interesting.....Sparano is KNOWN league wide being a players coach. Dansby said it, guys continue to say it on the team (except ricky williams) and on "Hard knocks" when Tony was with the cowboys, and random other videos, players loved him in Dallas. Good to know, and see. Now if maybe he'd be a good X's and O's coach maybe I can love him too...........
As someone who lives in Jersey, follows the Giants as my 2nd favorite team and drafted Bradshaw to my fantasy squad last year, I'm a Bradshaw fan. However, having said that, he does get banged up. But more importantly, he has shown a penchant for fumbling at inopportune times. Combined with Daniel Thomas, who had some issues holding onto the ball at K-State, this may present a problem if they don't tighten up their ball security. Just some food for thought.
Now we see why there weren't many teams interested in Bradshaw, and why Miami wasn't willing to pay him very much... Giants' Ahmad Bradshaw suffered a cracked bone in foot What will be interesting is whether Bradshaw toughs it out for the season, or has surgery and sits out the rest of the year. He has a new contract, will that have an effect on his decision?
I'm glad he was able to play against us before getting hurt. Now hopefully without him they lose more games so our SOS gets worse.
You mean our front office actually made a wise and valid decision? Alert the media and raise the flags...
My all injury fantasy team consists of: Ahmad Bradshaw Mark Ingram Andre Johnson Percy Harvin Julio Jones Emmanuel Sanders
And there's the bit about Reggie Bush averaging a half-yard a carry better than Ahmad Bradshaw is so far this year, to boot.
And I thought mine was bad with no Henne or Amendola; Foster starting injured; Gates missing much of the year; Dez off-and-on injured; and Brandon Marshall's vertigo and broken wrist in the redzone.
Yeah, I just love so much how guys bump old threads for the 10% of the time they guess something right.
It's not at all inappropriate. It's sort of noteworthy that despite popular opinion, trading for Bush was probably a better idea than signing Ahmad Bradshaw or Deangelo Williams.
Perish the thought that our front office actually made the right decision. But since Stringer (a mod) bumped the thread... perhaps he could change the title to avoid confusion... something like Ahmad Bradshaw / Revisited.... eh damned if you do...
Then guys who do that should also bump threads where the said something that turned out completely wrong. If one is going to toot their own horn, show the times they said something idiotic too. JMO
Well, that depends if it's topical or not. I think Bradshaw having questions about injury and effectiveness is topical. I'll readily admit it when I'm wrong, and I think Stringer will too.
I wasn't trying to toot my own horn. I wasn't right about anything, because nothing I said about Bradshaw previously was anything beyond stating the facts. He has chronic foot issues. My main point was that previously he had played through injuries, when he was looking for a new contract. Now that he's received a new contract, will he still play through pain? Nothing regarding Bradshaw has been proven or disproven. He hasn't even missed a game. I was merely using this as an opportunity to look at the dynamics of free agency.
