Trent Dilfer light, he didn't lose the game, didn't win the game either. I like what I see though, as a long term backup.
The timing of our game against KC was pretty favorable in that they had just come off a big MNF win against SD, and had another divisional rival coming to KC after us (Denver). Perfect combination of Monday night hangover and looking past a (perceived) weaker opponent. And, Washington started 3-1 and was being hailed as the team to beat in the NFCE before losing four straight (prior to our meeting with them yesterday). Yes sir, like many things in life, timing can be everything at times. Now, we get a Buffalo team that started white hot that has now lost two in a row by a combined score of 71-18. To the chagrin of the SFL crowd, I see a possible third win in a row for our beloved Dolphins.
Dup, sorry ... the CHEFS were not playing well ... they beat MIN and INDY, SD on a gift, and OAK (with Boller then Palmer at QB). They may not win another game this year ... WAS will be lucky to win 2 more games as well ... both are really, really bad right now. Not being a Debbie Downer ... but our wins are against 2 very bad teams ... let's see if we can go .500 or better the rest of the way with an average JILLS and JESTS teams on the schedule ... and 1 more loss and PHI will quit just like INDY ... OAK and NE are destined for the Playoffs, the COWGIRLS as well - given their schedule ... I like the positivity for a change ... but let's be realistic with it.
