This is not a TERRIBLE team. This is a team with some fatal yet very correctable flaws. It's not a 5 year rebuild. It's a get a quarterback, a safety or two and a right tackle and we are a playoff team.

I believe his contract is up, and usually a new staff means a lot of turnover. Just a guess.
