I think Jeff Fisher adds more value as a Head Coach than Tony Sparano. You can say about any Head Coach that when they have a QB worth a damn they'll win and when they don't they'll lose. But if you closely examine what Jeff Fisher adds in terms of value in his preparation and coaching of his players, and his coaching on game day, I think he adds a lot more value than Tony.

one of the best coaches i have ever seen being able to work with the least amount of talent. one thing i like about him is the emphasis he puts on offensive and defensive lines. we will fix our offensive line in one offseason if he's our coach and we'll never look back

Don't want anything to do with Bilick..With Fishers teams, you could always count on a high level execution, they were really excellent in this dept, visually, you could see the execution ya know, they just lacked explosive playmakers to put them over the top..Not his fault..GM'S.

It's crazy how despite his being a defensive guy it's really his offense that has been extremely consistent in its point scoring during his reign as Head Coach at Tennessee. Only ranked in the bottom half of the league I think 3 times, and never below #22. Usually ranked between #10 and #16.

That "long-time NFL man" is probably none other than Pat Kirwan. If you do not know who he is -

    *Former NFL general manager
    *Contributing writer at NFL.com
*Works (in studio) at CBS as a production assistant gathering information on a weekly basis for the CBS pregame show. He works with Cowher every week of the NFL season.
*Has a national radio show on Sirius NFL Network

Yesterday Pat Kirwan told EVERYONE that was listening to the radio show:

"They (the Dolphins) are wasting their time. I can't tell you what Fisher will be doing. I can't tell you what Gruden will be doing. But I can tell you what that person will not be doing for any team in the NFL next season because he is not interested in coaching the 2012 season."

That's the thing I can't stand about Armando. He could have tweeted "not interested in coaching next year" but he has to say "not coaching the Dolphins" instead. Armando doesn't even know Cowher. Kirwan considers him a good friend and co-worker. I know the line I'm buying.
