Do the dolphins fans want to beat the Jets last game and knock them out or rather lose
    for better draft pick?

Draft pick. Not sure why anyone would care more about what the Jets are doing.

How about we see if the Jets can get past the Eagles and Giants before we worry about that.

Both games are VERY losable for them.

Beat the Jets. There was only one player I was cheering for our team to tank games for, and we're out of Luck (pun intended) there.

We want the highest draft pick we can get.

Watching the Jets lose in the playoffs....priceless!

When the seasons over then we deal with the draft. The seasons on, and there are three AFC East rivals on the horizon.

The loss to the Eagles which put a damper on the feelgood run of recent wins, coupled with Sparano's firing has made me feel little bit better about this game. Had Miami had a chance at a non-losing record and a last gasp chance to save a coach that many players were loyal too, they would have been a total handful. But with a losing season guaranteed and a coach who won't be there next year, I can see them packing it in by the half. But then again, this is football and you never know until the game is played.

Either way, you guys can take a positive out of the outcome. And like Pagan pointed out, it might be a moot point anyway. The Jets can easily lose to the Eagles and the Giants.

I don't know what will happen with Jets to end the season, but I do know that they have once again lost Jim Leonhard. That is a significant loss. Now have to rely more on Eric Smith and Brodney Pool. The latter is OK but the former? Lord. The guy struggles with the simplest things.

It's a big loss. Smith has improved from God awful to terrible. Baby steps.

If I'm the opponent, I'd take him on the field any day before Leonhard.

Ryan has too much loyalty and belief in his players. Smith constantly lets him down too. The fact that he let Tebow break contain on that game winning play is mind bending to me.

How stupid are you? You honestly think anyone here cares about or respects your overrated team and your fat cuckold of a coach?

There is a multiple page thread that just popped up tonight in your main forum regarding the Jets, so I am going to have to go with yes to the "cares about" part of your question. You guys are obsessed with the Jets.

I never claimed I didn't care about the Dolphins. I will be the first to admit I do. While no one here will agree with me, but I see a lot of similarities between the franchises. Neither have won a championship in decades. Both have been pretty irrelevant for quite a while (Miami more so than NY). And most recently, both drafted young QB's, hired first time coaches and GM's. I like to see how the two teams approach things and how it turns out.

I used to hate the Dolphins back in the 80's when Marino would kill us year in and year out (even though we got him a few times). But for the past 8 or 9 years you guys haven't been very good. Not much to hate. The games are still great and you have won your share. But I don't have that hatred like I do for the Pats. But judging from the amount of anti-Jet sentiment here, the feeling is not mutual and I think that says a lot about how the teams have fared of late.

Depends, Raider/Broncos lost, not sure about Cinci, if they all lost then sure.

How's my dude Phillip Hunt doing for the Eagles?

DE got a safety on us last week.

I didn't catch the game, but will see it later this week. Meanwhile, what went wrong today in your opinion? Seems like there were offensive issues, specifically turnovers, but what about defensively?

2011 Red Sox was media hype. Francona wasn't on national TV promising a world series. Teams can't control media hype, but they can control their coaches and players mouths.

I've been trying to explain this difference to you for months but your pea sized Jets fan brain just can't fathom how it's hugely different when someone else says you're the best and you proclaim yourself to be the best.

Try not to always be a typical New York fan and always lean back on the Yanks when the other NY teams eat a d!ck.

By the way, winning two playoff games and then getting knocked out doesn't make a very successful season.
