I'm unaware of whether or not David Harris can fill that 'QB of the defense' role for them. But he's clearly been their best LB for a few years now. Too much money for a one-dimensional linebacker like Scott. I'm seeing some stuff about him possibly retiring, but nothing I can actually source.
He's been a liability for them. With their use of nickel and dime packages, his snaps have been cut down.

Hate to say it, but they look like a team with no heart, things don't always go your way in the NFL and how you deal with it is what, imo, professionals around the NFL watch more closely then how you deal with winning.
