I don't hate him. It could be way worse than it is.

Ross is looking for a coach who will kiss Ireland's a**. As long as Ireland is the GM and the man responsible for selecting the players for this organization. it doesn't matter who the next coach will be. Because that coach will be doomed to failure from day one, since Ireland has absolutely no idea how to build a quality football team.

I predict the Dolphins will be looking to replace the new head coach within three years.

All I have to say is thank god we didn't get Fisher. I'd rather have Ireland in our front office than Fisher on the sidelines.

Exactly, an untalented defense that is playing well.

Nope, I'm there with you. He's become the easy target for everyone to hate on, but as soon as we win again and he picks up a player that everyone loves, it'll be pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows again.

Screw it. Go with Bowles. No gimmes out there. I didn't want Fisher anyway. Overrated to the extreme. Let's give Bowles a chance. He's not done anything wrong and I would give him a draft and an offseason to see if he can cut it.

Better re-hire Tony before we miss out.

Actually TS has experience as a HC. None of the other candidates the Dolphins have interviewed, except for Bowles, (3 games), has any experience as an NFL head coach. So of all the choices now left to the Dolphins, Sparano just might be the best person to hire for the job. As long as Ireland is in charge of selecting the talent for the team, it really doesn't matter who the coach is because the Dolphins will remain a bottom ten team in the NFL.

    That makes no sense.

Sparano had no HC experience when we took him, yet knowing what he's done as a HC makes him a better hire now than before?

    Sigh, again.

And by the way, if Fisher was such a great coach and was only shackled by the owner, then Jack Pardee must have been the greatest coach of all time. See with the same owner, he went:
    9-7
    11-5
    10-6
    12-4
    1-9 before he resigned

That kicks Fisher's record in the nutsack.
