http://www.sun-sentinel.com/videoga...e-running-dolphins-personnel-side#pl-63833012 Alot of interesting things in these videos... I REALLY wish he would speak more often like this.
The only thing I saw on the sidebar was :"Breaking News: Jeff Ireland..." I don't know whether to thank you for posting these, or give you a double fisted flinger flip for sending my pulse rate higher than my medication should allow!!!!! Got to run to a meeting... OY!!!
What I got from those videos: "What's a fair shake? I mean, we're 6-10." Sounds like Jeff is willing to take a little of the blame. More than some fans around here feel like he deserves. I hated hearing him rattle off how Tom Brady was a late round pick and Tony Romo was undrafted, etc. etc. Jeff Ireland comes off as arrogant and I fear it's that arrogance that's going to make him think he can have the same kind of success bargain basement shopping for QBs. All I want to hear him say is "QB is a priority."
Interviews, press conferences you name it. I never understood why anyone puts much into what is said during these things.
you watch I bet the idiot goes out and gets a sorry *** player at ot or og and then gets more of those little impact players for skill positions. you can mark it down that we could end up looking at buffalo and jets passing us by , in which keeps us at the bottom of the afc east. ( NOT NECESSARLY HOW i THINK OR FEEL , JUST A Fear )
Great job by Omar to cut off the video every time Ireland was asked an addition question. "What do you think about Reggie Bush...?" CUT. He does know that videos can be over 1 min long, right? There isn't some rule that says you get to 1 min and then go into panic mode to stop recording.
As was I. When I was a kid my dad wanted to take me to a Spring Training game. He said do you want to go to the Yankees game or the Orioles game. The Yankees played in FTL at the time and the O's in Miami. We lived in Sunrise. The Yanks played in a stadium that was almost in the backyard of where my dad worked. So...naturally I chose the O's. From that moment on I was an O's fan. In 1980 we moved to Augusta, GA. We started going to ATL for Braves games and then we eventually became season ticket holders. I moved to ATL after college and my love the Braves was a strong as forever. I still had my love for the O's, and Ripken was my favorite player. I followed them as close, if not sometimes closer, than I did my Braves. It was easy to do since neither team played each other except for Spring Training. The 2 never crossed paths, so it was easy to have a fav in the AL and the NL. Interleague play came about and the O's had a 3 game set at ATL. Game 1 I was an O's fan. Game 2, a Braves fan. Game 3, I tried to be a fan of both wearing a Braves shirt and an O's hat. My friends were having none of that. O's swept the series and Davy Johnson moved Cal to SS towards the end of the 3rd game. It was the only time I got to see Cal play SS in person. Summer 2010 I made it to Camden Yards for the first time, but the O's were on the road. We were doing a road trip up to NY and stopped in B'more on the way back just for that reason. It was still cool to see the stadium. Haven't been there for a game yet, but I will one of these days. Here is a pic I took of inside Camden Yards.
