The article said Melvin received an offer from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I didn't see anything about Miami unless I missed something.
They changed the article from Miami to Tampa but when this link was first posted it stated he was coming to the Miami Dolphins.
I have no idea where Melvin is headed because reports right now appear to be quite conflicting. It would surprise me though if he ends up in Tampa Bay because he was fired by Schiano at Rutgers. Of course anything is possible and perhaps Schiano realized his mistake in firing Melvin and is hiring him in Tampa Bay . I guess we will find out on Monday.
