They already do, when news days are sufficiently slow to talk about the Dolphins in the first place.

I'm convinced their format is aimed at presenting the casual fan with someone to root for (via name recognition) and the actual sports fan with someone to root against (via overkill). Next month they'll overkill some other story for the sake of devisive rooting interest.

    Or Nike's marketing interests in Asia . . .

How Carmelo fits in with Jeremy Lin, will be crucial as far as his own legacy as well as this Knicks teams success. Welcome JR Smith! And this team may have ECF written all over them.

Its too bad that Lin may not sniff a title until his thirties, or whenever the Heat dynasty comes to an end.

Baby steps, you guys should focus on getting that ever elusive 8th seed.

JR Smith is going to help the Knicks go a long way. His 3-point shooting will be great for the offence. Everytime Lin drives now he's got that option to confidently out let the ball to the perimeter.

This is true, its all on Melo...if he wants to be a winner he will fit in and play his role. If he wants to be TMac, he can goto a mid market team and hang his hat on All Star appearences.

As good as the NYK are playing Id still scrap this team (except Melo, Shumpert and Harrelson) for Dwight and Deron. I think theyre good enough to win the division still but not good enough to beat Miami or Chicago.

And the game was already in progress (in the 2nd quarter) when E posted is what I think he was getting at.

Saying Rose has been cleared to play tonight is a little misleading too, since the Bulls aren't playing tonight. :tongue2:

NBA officiating is as bad as I've ever seen it. Worse than ACC and SEC refs. This is not a foul. Not even remotely close to a foul. Iguodala clearly had all ball. Also convenient that the whistle doesn't happen until the shot is blocked, and we get screwed by having .1 on the clock, despite the fact the whistle blew with .7 and the "foul" happened with 1.4 on the clock.

So I'll see you guys in the playoffs. I can't bare to watch any more regular season NBA games.

I disagree. It seemed that Iggy did grab his arm and foul him. Also, Elton Brand did bump him when he went for the block.

I don't see how it was clearly all ball. From the angle, it wasn't. It seemed that Andre Iguodala did grab his arm.

Edit: ok, I just saw the entire video. He did grab all ball, apparently. That was a bad call. Sorry.

It's not only the foul call that pisses me off, it's the fact that they never reviewed the time. Why did we have .1 second left on the clock when neither the foul or whistle occured with .1 seconds on the clock? Idk, I've just watched too much awful officiating this year. Refs like Violet Palmer and Joe Crawford screw **** up every game they officiate. I'm just going to wait until the playoffs. Getting upset over regular season games is pointless.

What does this have to do with the officiating that is at an all time awfulness this year? I'm not talking about just this game, I'm talking all year long, every team, the officials just can't get anything right this year. Is the NBA ever going to do something about it? I would assume not sadly.
