Personally, I'd rather have Greg Childs than Dwight Jones. Childs has more talent IMO, and now he has something to prove after being set back by injury. Jones looks like a solid talent but I'm not sure how badly he wants it TBH.
Would be interesting if we did something like move Brian Hartline for a 5th and went with 3 WRs in this draft. It would give us a really young offense to build around Matt Flynn (maybe). We could even trade down in the 1st and pick up another 2nd + future picks. I wouldn't mind a late first to use on either Floyd or Jeffery, two seconds, two thirds, a fourth, and two fifths. That could make things real interesting.
I would rather move Bess for a 5th. Harltine has some speed, quickness and size. Bess has quickness and smarts. However Bess is slow. Also he got a bad case of the drops last season which makes him not as valuable.
I do not agree. I wouldn't be surprised of Floyd is taken before Blackman. Floyd might not be as good college receiver as Blackman, but he is a good route runner, 2 inches taller and faster. People in draft LOVE measurables.
I dunno how I feel about blackmon can't tell if he made weeden better or the other way around. With Floyd seems like his on field production is purely his talent he might end up being the better NFL wr.
I'm ok with them picking Floyd or Blackmon if they don't have to trade up to do it but if they don't get Winston then I think we have to go RT.
