All the wrs are taken and we miss out on the good qbs and end up with Tannehill who flat out sucks and if we end up with Moore as the starter then we are screwd. Matt Flynn was our best option if we sign David Jarard I will demeand Ross to fire Ireland or for him to sell the team. we always pass on the better players just to get more expsensive linemen who are not much better then the cheaper olinemen. I bet Dan Marino, Jim Jensen , and Don shula are turning in their sleep with how this club is run. Miami ought tolook at wr Bowman in areana league because he has been blocking welland has straitened up his act. I dont think Chambers is too old to bring back either. the question i have is, why does our front office create more holes then filling in those holes this is a observation.
We can't say Tannehill flat out sucks. It may prove to be the case down the road, but if they took him at 8 at least they're being aggressive and maybe he pans out. Honestly as long as its something new at this point. Be it Flynn, Tannehill, or even Weeden. They need to show us they are at least trying.
The Dolphins aren't too far away from a 9 to an 11 win season. I personally think we are a pass rusher away from taking the defense from pretty good to elite. I really like the signing of a cornerback to solidify the secondary. The offense is going to be far away. Best case scenario is the offense will be in the middle of the pack. Average offense, top 3 defense may take the Dolphins to the playoffs. It will be the quickest way to start winning. If Philbin and Sherman can get the offense to overachieve and get them to be in the middle of the pack offense, I'll be happy. I don't think Flynn is an elite qb. I base my evaluation on management not treating him as such in the free agency market. But I do think he can manage Philbin offense better than any other free agent or rookie quarterback available. So plan is draft 1st round pass rusher. Sign Flynn to manage the offense. 2nd round draft a qb to groom in three years. Sign average/downside veteran wide receivers on the cheap. Draft receiver in the 3rd. Problem is Dolphins have limited money and picks to address needs. The right tackle position may be unfilled. I think this is the plan, management is going to take. Miami's quickest way to success will be defense not offense.

After seasons of heavy drinking, go into the offseason with lower standards, that way you're not a bridge jumper like most. Whatever is gonna happen is gonna happen on the field.
How do you improve this team? FIRE IRELAND and bring in a GM who actually knows how to build a winning football team.
I've never given up I just realized I can't influence the Phins decision. I only allow so much emotion to something I have no control over. The haggard ***** I can have some control over.
