At least they care (and come on, not many people will show up). Better than the apathy that is happening now.
Yea, firing our GM in March sounds like a great idea. Solid timing and there's gotta be so many better candidates out there right now. FA is already here, like him or not you stay w/Ireland for at least another year assuming you don't go 0-8.
I'm just wondering when our fanbase with realize that when more than one team is interested in a player only one team can have him, and that sometimes it is better to make no move than a stupid one.
If Ross is finally forced to start a false flag attack on Sun Life against Cuba... I mean, you know that stadium is probably drenched with nanothermite if such an emergency arises... Like a bottle rocket will hit the stadium and a controlled implosion will unfold...
Right? Who would have thought passing on Matt Flynn of all people would have been the straw that broke the camel's back?
I'll make sure to bring enough "Bring Tebow to Miami" signs for everyone! Boik gets 2 of them. We're already putting up the "Bring Tebow to Miami" billboard across the street from the stadium. I'll be "Tebowing" all day and night until I see you all there!
This team is seriously like a normal/semi-cute looking girl with serious self confidence issues. Things arent THAT bad and yet every time we look the mirror we cry about how fat and ugly we are.
Should have been done months ago and instead we gave give him a one year extension? Seriously I hope he takes his ball and packs up and leaves. Guy is awful in terms of his ability to seal the deal on FA's and terrible in his ability to not come across as a robot. I actually like him as a drafter which basically means he should stick to what he's good at; scouting.
we are not fat and ugly, but we do have herpes, and horrible boils on our face. This team is diseased.
no we dont have to keep Ireland another year let Philbin pick the players for we would be better off anyways.. HOw many more years do some of you want to keep losing ? life is too short to keep having crappy gm's one after another. there should not be one dolphin fan content with the bad image Miami has been personifying .
so is settling for being a horible franchize. you must love watching out team drown because I damn sure hate the state of the dolphins real fans dont settle for less and wallow in the crap that our horible general manager is draging the dolphins through.
Dolphin fans might be the most embarrassing fan base in the league. Far worse than anything the team has done.
Seriously. Living in NY I have to hear about how ******ed our fan base is all the time. Can't even disagree with most of it now.
How people can complain about Ireland's personality, yet ignore the fact that the team's starting QB was boo'd in practice by the fans, which subsequently started a "WE WANT ORTON" chant is beyond me.
Yeah a protest is going to turn this team around.... The only power fans have is not to go. Obviously by the stadium every Sunday that is already happening. How is a stupid protest going to change that. There was a damn plane FLYING OVER THE STADIUM LAST YEAR! IRELAND GOT EXTENDED. Protesting will accomplish nothing and you are naive if you believe it will.
I really don't get some of this. Last year Ireland was lambasted for not trading up and/or overdrafting one of the available 1st round QBs (one of whom is about to be replaced by Henne) despite bringing in a guy (Moore) who ended up outperforming them all..... and fans complained we didn't draft firecrotch despite not having the ammo to trade up for him or a partner to trade our 1st back (which we know was the case based of how long it took to get our pick in). As a positive result, we're not tied into one of those lesser caliber 2011 1st round QBs (who might've been 2nd rounders in years past) and instead have the freedom to pursue Ryan Tannehill whom I personally feel is a more talented prospect than virtually every QB in the 2011 draft and Matt Flynn, while also leaving us with a backup QB we know we can win with while Tannehill develops or during injury. IMO out of every QB possibility from the 2011 FA & draft until now, this scenario, Tannehill (or Alex Smith) with Moore as the #2, might just be our best one which, if it happens, fans should be excited about rather than hoisting pitchforks and flaming sticks IMO.
