yeah i was hoping for Bell, but he went to the only team that seems to like UNLV players, the Browns, even though Eric Wright was really USC for most of his career,
Sure did... Ima Buckeye. Paid my dues on High St... lived in Whitehall while in Columbus... did a lot of drinking at a place called Mean Mr Mustard's. (not sure if it's still there now... used to be a big college haunt) and over at what used to be called the Algora (It changed names while I was there, but forget what it changed to). That was 20 years ago... I'm sure the town's changed a lot since then.
University of Miami for BS and BA I start at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine for my MD in August.
Go Canes!! What a great place. I interned at the Debbie School which is in the same Jacskon Memorial Complex as the Miller School of Medicine.
i went to The College of Charleston, in Charleston, SC. also took some graduate classes at The Citadel, which is also in Charleston, SC.
Just finished up my sophomore year at Minnesota. Yup, im a gopher. http://youtube.com/watch?v=8lXdyD2Yzls
i went to carnegie mellon university in pittsburgh, what a boring college... i only lasted 1.5 years though
went to fullerton JC, played linebacker for 1 yr. back then 160 pounds was big. by the time i got out linebackers were going 200 or better. wasn't even gonna get in that mix.
how could I not be? It's my Alma Mater! I'm not a huge fan of college sports... but I do back the Buckeyes when I'm paying attention!
Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN. Played baseball there for a year until I injured my shoulder (rotator cuff)
Proud Alum of The University of Akron, where I graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering & Nanotechnology.
Wingate University.....a Private Division 2 School in North Carolina. Went there on football scholarship
In the same conference (SAC) as Tusculum (where I went). IIRC there's a frat house in shouting distance from the baseball field......
Received my degree in Business Admin with an emphasis on Information Systems and Decision Science from Cal State Fullerton. Looked into getting my masters from UGA, but boy, is it expensive.
Yeah it is pretty weird. There were alot of guys on Wingate's baseball team from Florida. One of whom I actually played against in HS. ITs kinda funny actually I played with a kid who went to Mars Hill and one that went to Catawba. It was always a nice reunion when we played each other.
yea same goes with football also.....there is no D2 football schools in florida, so we need to go elsewhere, and NC is a nice alternative.....all the big schools in florida obviously, then there are some 1aa (jacksonville--non scholariship) and some naia schools like Webber International for example....no D2...it was frustrating
1. Nassau Community College AA Liberal Arts 2. State U of NY @ Cortland PH.d beer drinking/procrastinating/wasting a year 3. University of South Carolina B.A. Journalism & Mass Communication (Concentration in Advertising; Minor in Business) Whatever it is you go for, make sure you try your best bro
How are you liking grad school? I'm in the midst of applying. My emphasis will probably be American Politics and IR, though theory sounds intriguing. Any advice on my personal statement and just the process in general?
I got my B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee @ Knoxville. I didn't care about UT football until I saw a game at Neyland Stadium and I loved everything about my time there. As I mentioned above I'm currently applying to grad school. I'll probably end up at UTK.
booted meaning failed out... high school was such a breeze, i never really had to try, never studied, etc and i was just very lazy... got to college and it didn't work that way, i would never wake up in time for my early classes, then i never studied because i never really knew how, and then would proceed to fail tests... etc i was just irresponsible at the time and messed up...
I went to Florida but left my senior year for a long stint in the military. finished up at Park University in Missouri. i value my college education, but i learned more about life, respect, honor, integrity, and responsibility from the military than anything i learned in college.
