Interesting! Do we have a "real" FB on our roster since Polite was cut? I don't think so...

The reception yards vs rushing yards kind of caught me off guard.

his value doesn't show up in the stats. He just paves the way for the rb. I would like this signing if it happens.

    No I understand that.

What I meant was I find it odd he was athletic enough to use in the passing game but obviously not the running game.

both you guys, the number one Sean smith fan and davone bess fan , what do you guys think about them both cutting off their dreadlocks? kind of irrelevant but I don't know why but I have always been a fan of players with dreds, makes them look more badass on the field lol

I wonder how many first downs he got whenever he did run on 3rd and short. I miss polite.

I liked them better with their dreads, now they both look like "regular" guys! We'll find out if their new looks will make they faster or play better soon!

Sean's was more of braids, while Bess was dreads, Bess said it's a hassle to have them and this is the 2nd time he has cut them, 10lbs worth, he feels lighter now...

That's what i hope as well! But who'll be the QB? Moore, Garrard, Tannehill?

He wasn't really used to his potential last season and it looked like Matt Moore and him haven't had a good connection at all!

I think the issue with Bess last season had nothing to do with his QB but rather the scheme. An offense with an emphasis on vertical routes and Bess don't really mesh.

Yeah I am thinking Phillbin will really put Bess and Bush in position to make plays. It's nice to have a coach that really seems like he knows how to make an offense explosive. I was talking to a die hard packer fan I know and he was really disappointed they lost him, said he really knew how to distribute the ball around and make everyone apart of the offense.

Trade the #1 diva WR... acquire a check down target... Does this confirm we will be drafting the most pro ready QB prospect?

He's a pretty good lead blocker in a zone run game. He's a logical choice. A lot if people don't realize it but the Packers used. Like two fullbacks in the shotgun kinda deal.

Yeah, I was going to basically say what the previous two guys said. The Packers used a traditional FB despite the fact that it's a disappearing position in the NFL. I fully expected them to bring one in.
