i could only wish to be so brave when my time comes. may he rest in eternal peace and my condolences to his family/friends.
Been here for over a year and a half. I don't know much about Jetssuck or anyone here. But he was a great poster on this forum and a great Miami Dolphins. Always funny to see his screenname as it implies Jets sucks. Wish I spent more time with you guys and became part of the wolfpack. It's terrible that Jetssucks' live has to end short and before the Draft. Hope Tannehill will be a gift disguised. Jetssucks will be in my memory every time the Phins defeat the Jets. Descansa en paz, Jetssuck.
R.I.P. JS. With this sad news I hope the mods might consider a "Ring of Honor" sub-forum to honor the fallen members of this site.
Sad to hear. Thanks for posting his last post, that's an inspiration and hopefully when the time comes one day in the distant future I can say the same. RIP.
Wow that is very tragic to hear... I am relatively new to the forums so I did not have the fortunate luck to meet him... My prayers go out to his family who are going through an extremely tough time right now
Man I'm gonna miss him. Such a cool guy. Like he said, he got to live more in 50 years than most people do in 100. Small consolation but it's nice to know he really lived his life to the fullest.
He was just here telling us about his illness, and now he's gone..fu&$ man, I kept waiting for him to come back and tell us how chemo was going and that he was toughin it out..You know something, that was so goddamn fast, when he came here to write his goodbye he must of Been in really bad shape, but the bastard cared enough to do it..That was our brother man.
Remember... Remember those you call friend, for their time with us is short... Remember the times your friend was there when you were in need and be there for him in kind... Remember when your friend made you laugh, when smiles were hard to find.... Remember your friend and smile with joy for he also called you friend... And always remember, lest not you forget...you will see him again. Rest in Peace Jetssucks. May the loving hand of God touch you and your family, Keep you and your family and bring them the peace and serenity to know your trials and tribulations are over...and you are welcomed into His Kingdom. This is my tribute to Jetssucks in the only way I know how...with the highest honors I can give... This shakes me to my core. I have known JS since the old DD days...which may mean as a poster, I have known him longer than just about anyone. For once in my worthless life, I am speechless. And physically ill to my stomach. Muck...mods...eventually I will be writing about my friend. We often had conversations about the Dolphins, and as our friendship progressed...about life. I hope that once I can find the time and the proper words to say goodbye to my friend, that you guys will see fit to broadcast it accordingly. Our bretheren deserve to know and remember who he was. Until then...I weep, laugh, remember and thank JS. Goodbye my friend. Believe me when I say that I will not forget you.
Really sorry to hear this , never knew him but liked reading his posts on this forum. Condolences from across the pond to his family
Didn't really know him, but his last post showed some serious strength of character. My condolences to his family.
"Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word: For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel." May God grant him rest and may his family be comforted.
Very few things make me tear up. That last post did it. Class guy the world was better for having known. I remember debating/discussing and just laughing on teh board with JS. Truly sad news my prayers to his family and to all that are feeling his loss
I never knew his name, but I saw him plenty. GOD bless him and his family! Let us reflect on this and know that this world is a temporary life; a passing opportunity, not to be taken for granted...
Sad day for the dolphins family...I'm an RN that works with cancer patients so sadly I get to see this up close and personal all the time. I can tell you that people like him are few and far between. Seems like he was at piece and had a great outlook on the life that he was able to live. That was a great last post the embodies the spirt of the human, and of a dolphins fan. Rest well JS.
Godspeed JS, I will be saying a prayer for your loved ones today, While I only knew you through these forums I feel like we lost a family member. Hopefully your in a better place. You will be missed.
