So, giving up 2.5 sacks, 8 hurries, 5 QB hits, forcing 2 INT, and a safety against Oregon's, ASU's, and VaTech's defenses is now considered first round talent? I'm more impressed by his run blocking skills in these videos than pass blocking, which is the complete opposite of every Scouting Report.

Don't you think that says something about what YOU are seeing? BTW other than the first play he isn't getting "abused" at all. At 1:40 for example he plays it perfectly. It isn't his fault Luck stepped up through his gap INTO pressure.

His pass blocking is very overatted based on his athletic ability. People project him as a good pass blocker because of it.

1st play he got killed on to the outside (forces Luck out of the pocket)
:32- gets torched to the outside - even though it didn't have a big effect on the play itself, you can see him clearly beat cause of the speed and forcing him to lunge at Perry
:50- gets beat around the edge again (forces Luck out of the pocket)
1:20- gets beat again (forces Luck out of the pcoket)
1:40- I see what you are saying about Luck stepping up, but do you not notice how Martin completely gives up on the play? Does he even get a hand on DaJohn Harris, who ended up hitting Luck?
2:25- gets beat to the outside (Perry gets 0.5 sack) - Martin even gets away with a hold
3:53- gets beat to the outside (forces Luck to step up and make a throw on the run) - granted Perry did line up offsides on this play. Still, you can see the speed is too much for Martin
4:32- gets killed on the outside (leads to hit on Luck) - Martin barely even got a hand on Perry
5:45- gets beaten on the inside because of stunt - Martin doesn't even get a hand on any defender

You can tell Jon Martin benefits a lot this game from quick passes and fatigue kicking in for Nick Perry. I'm just saying. This is what I'm observing and what I've been observing for the past few months. All of his videos point to him being terrible against speed rushers.

He gets hurt at 3:30 in that video and it clearly hampers him the rest of the game. I'm sure that Perry's "fatigue" more than makes up for it though...

 Yes and Luck throwing 6 ints against Oregon, Oregon and ND makes him the best prospect in 30 years...
