Spo and LeBron standing together excited at the action is hilarious.

When it's all said and done Lebron will have more rings than Carloser that's for sure.

He's an elite scorer when he wants to be. That's not the same as being an elite basketball player.

I love the unfair criticism of Anthony when he's literally the only offensive threat playing like an offensive threat. Amare isn't asserting himself offensively at all. Bibby, Davis and Fields can't assert themselves offensively and Novak is what he is. Everything is having to go through Melo. The main goal this offseason should be remaking the roster around Anthony Shumpert and maybe chandler.

What does it say about CarmelLo if Boik is right and he "elevated" Denver in a tougher conference but can only take his team to a #7 seed in the East.

As opposed to the mindless and baseless hyping of the Knicks as a legitimate playoff-caliber team?

Knicks fans are right up there with Jets fans as the last group in the world that should complain about disproportionality.

If he does it will be because of wades greatness not his brick *** in the final two minutes of games. That clanking sound would be Lebrick missing another clutch shot.

The problem with Anthony Boik is that he doesn't make anyone around him better. It's ALL about Melo in his head. It was that way in Denver and it's that way in New York. I'm not saying this as someone anti-Knick. I'm saying it as someone who hates watching talented players not care.

I have said all year this roster needed to be remade. Read the whole thread...I've said it at least 30 times. I can't worry about what other people say and do cause I have no control over that.

No, you said the Knicks would be fine as soon as "Coach Pringles" was fired, thus expressing faith in the roster as a viable construction that just needed a different guy running shootarounds.

And we don't even need to get in to the Linsanity toilet swirling.

4,019 days and counting since the Knicks last won a playoff game.

You're saying it as someone who hasn't watched Anthony his whole career. He makes players better in a different way then other players. He's not a pass first player but he will hit those baskets when you need them but the spacing to maintain the effectiveness of what he does. The Knicks have no jumpshooters aside from Novak and JR. And theyre both role. Not one. That's why the Knicks look so discombobulated in the halfcourt. Look at the players the Knicks have. The heat have a better team which isn't something I have denied though I wish I was wrong. If you think Melo doesn't care bro then I'm sorry you should watch more Knick games and you'd see he and chandler are the two guys who care.

I said they would be better once Coach Pringles was fired and they were. They were under 500 with DAntoni and 18-6 with the best PPGA under Woodson. How is that not better? Never said better the Miami or chicago but that was better then everyone else during woodsons tenure

No, the Knicks are not a better team. They are the same team, just one that happens to have moved the pendulum from 100% offense to 90% offense and 10% defense. Woodson has done a nice job as an interim coach, I suppose, since he got Melo to at least pretend to play defense. But that isn't the same as improving the team.

    The Knicks are still awful.

He's a better scorer but I dont think he's a good true PG you want running your team. I'd love to have Lin off the bench as a scoring threat but his TO's and score first mentality make me not want him running the point.

Awful teams don't go on 18-6. They don't drop the PPGA from 101 to under 90. Without changing personnel. Woodson is a lot better then DAntoni ever was. They just don't have the horses

Oh yes they do. Awful teams can have great stretches but still be awful. Evidence: the Boston Celtics and the Atlanta Hawks.

And Carmelo is #1 in the entire league since he's been in the league attempting game winning shots in terms of percentage. It's not even close either. So I just proved you wrong. Again.
